Very clean, air-conditioned, just 50 meters away from the public beach San Martino. everything you need is in the room even tho the rooms are small. Ideal for short trips and/or 1-2 travellers. Owner is very kind, helpful, friendly.

Location is very good in terms of the beach; however, the only problem is it may get a bit noisy in the morning because it is on a big street with traffic.

It was close to the wedding venue we were attending and it had parking space, a well stocked supermarket and super close to the bike lane. The room was snug but it had everything you needed and the staff were very friendly.

It is close to the main road so it could be nosy very early in the morning.

The best Location in Sanremo. 10-15 min. walking to train station. 20 min. walking to Casino, 2min to the very lovely beach with free area, supermarket Conad across the street. The room has everything: refrigerator, hair dryer, big mirror, TV, towels, air conditioner. My room had street view, but I slept with the window open and it was quiet on this street at night. Very nice hotel for holiday! Highly recommended!

The staff were so friendly , Josef looked after us very well . Our room was very clean, shower with great pressure & liquid soap. Easy to walk to the center , botanical garden and Nobel museum nearby . Street parking .

This hotel is simple, but very clean! It is pretty close to the sea and to the beautiful botanical garden of Sanremo. The staff is sympathetic and responsive. My room was small, but nice. The air conditioner was very powerful and quiet. For this price one couldn't ask for more in Sanremo.

The hotel is positioned a little bit away from the old town and the centre of the city.
