The apartment was very cozy for myself, my husband and my toddler. We had just about enough room. The bed is a double bed. My toddler slept on the sofa bed. The manager and the staff in general are very friendly and maintain the property well. The pool was my daughters favourite place. The kiddie pool is in the main pool itself so you can swim and enjoy yourself while watching the kids play. The location is wonderful its right next to the beach and supermarket. The beachfront has alot of restaurants to choose from.

First of all, the ladies and gentlemen in the JA team were all professionals, very welcoming and friendly from the start. Everyone tried to help us with all the enquires and questions we had during our stay. Thank you to everyone! The facility and the apartment were both clean and completely corresponding to the photos and description given. Everything was clean (with cleaning service provided every three days) and well equipped. Air conditioning working. The position of the apartments is great (5’ walking to the beach, 2’ walking to the closes grocery shop where you could get all the essentials for reasonable prices. To the city centre of Fethiye you can easily get by mini buses or by taxi (one way for about 400 TL) which the hotel staff will be happy to arrange for you anytime (taxi waiting times from 5 to 15’). If we come back to Fethiye Juglans Suites will be our choice for sure.

Perfect location. We couldn't find something better for our family. 200m to the beach and restaurants, 700m to Water Taxi to Fethiye, 4 mins by car to old bazar Fethiye and market, 3 mins to the beautiful Fethiye park! Perfect. We liked the private pool and all the staff were very friendly. We received coffee and tea from the house and they always answered our calls and mostly resolved all requests very fast. We had a great experience and I recommend this villa.

Cleaning can be improved. The air conditioner didn't work in one of the rooms at some point but the technical team arrived fast. Some improvements can be made: the window that could not be closed and the curtain above the pool did not worked. But as I saw the staff they will certainly resolve all of this soon.

It was a wonderful stay at the Juglans hotel. All people there were very nice and helpful. If there was a problem, it was solved immediately. We had a whole apartment for ourselves which had everything that we needed including a TV. The rooms were clean, but there were some stains on the couch. The Wifi was very good and worked everywhere in the hotel. The beach was very close and a Migros just around the corner.

What nobody told us was that we had free deck chairs on the beach. Due to this, we almost payed for these. Anyway, I recommend this hotel. But if you choose this one, ask for the deck chairs on the beach!

Staff were excellent. Pool area was enjoyable and not too crowded. Wi-fi was excellent. Location was pleasant and quiet. The one bedroom apartment was spacious enough for two people

The shower soakaway was a problem and they attempted to resolve the issue but by the time we left, it was a problem again. The shower heads also need changing on arrival, as they sprayed everywhere. The staff were quick to renew the heads. A toaster would have been a handy addition.

Lovely very helpful staff. Thank you for everything. The location is very good as it is a stone throw away from Çalış beach. And there is a Migros market next door where you can buy your groceries. I highly recommend staying in villas with private pool eventhough they are more expensive than 1+1 apartments they totaly worth it . I loved using washing machine and the drying rack as we came from a 2 week holiday . Everything was very clean with minimal modern design. We had some issues but they sort it out quickly and did everything to make us happy. Thank you again Halil, Onur and Mehmet.

Finished tastefully to a good standard , very comfortable with everything you need and spotlessly clean. The location was very central , restaurants in abundance. The swimming pool was very tranquil, lovely background music played in the afternoons. All the staff are very professional ,knowledgeable and genuinely want to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Halil the hotel manager, nothing too much trouble a true gentleman with a positive approach. The complimentary fruit plates were delightful.

My family and I (three grown-ups and a baby) stayed in the property for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the villa we were in had a fresh renovation and was well-equipped with appliances you need for a longer stay. It was spacious, with private pool, and very clean. The staff was very friendly, and we felt very welcomed. The location is second to none - right next to the beach and a supermarket, a bus-stop, and a 10-minute walk to a taxi-rank/water taxi to downtown Fethiye. Maybe because we were a bit earlier than the busiest season (end April-beginning of May), there weren't many people staying in the property, so not only did we have our own private pool, but had the main pool mostly to ourselves the whole time. We would love to go back to the Juglans Suites next year.

Our villa overlooked a very quiet lane, but the main road was quite close, so if the windows were open at night you could hear traffic, which was uncomfortable for my mom (she's a light sleeper). However, the windows were sufficiently soundproof to my liking. Another thing which was somewhat annoying was the broken air conditioner in one of the bedrooms - it had already been broken when we arrived and took a week to fix. However, the staff was very apologetic about it, and did their best to fix it (they also offered to move us to a different suite).

The Staff were outstanding and especially the Manager who always wanted make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. Staff responded quickly when we did need something. The house keeping staff were the best and made sure we got anything we needed including dishwasher and laundry soap. Can't say enough about the staff. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really good since it was warm during our stay. The facility was very well maintained and a newer building. Really liked the pool too. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised with this apart hotel as the price was very reasonable. Good location as it was only a 5 minute walk from Calis beach, where all the restaurants and tourist bits were. There was a well stocked convenience store next door. Staff were very friendly and the manager, Halil, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything. The area around the pool was very clean, along with the outside toilets. The room was small but equipped with all the appliances you might need. There were 2 televisions (a bit overkill IMO) which you could use to access your own Netflix account. The bed was very comfortable, although a couple more pillows would have been nice but I'm sure if we bothered to ask we would have been supplied with more. I'm sure the pool is lovely when the weather is really hot as it was very cold! Would definitely return.

The only downside was that the rooms overlooking the pool also, unfortunately, overlooked a very busy road. Struggled to sleep the first few nights due to the noise. Prayer times at the local mosque were also very loud, but this is their culture so one respects that, although unless you sleep very heavily, the 0500 session is very likely to wake you!
