The hotel was very nice with snacks and drinks to purchase in the room. The room was clean and the grounds were well maintained.

Although the staff was very nice I felt his decision to place a woman and her young son on a main floor was poor judgment. There were men lingering outside our window which made me very uncomfortable and we had to pass them to enter in the building. I called the front deck within a few minutes of checking-in there was NO ANSWER!!! I called the hotel from my phone and from the hotel phone. ALL THE SAME NUMBER and NO ANSWER!! NO EMERGENCY NUMBER, THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED AND NO ONE COULD BE REACHED! I left a message with the staff the next day and no one has replied yet.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff in all of their facilities were very friendly. I chose to take advantage morning walks around the golf course instead of going to a place with a workout room and was not disappointed. Very nice experience. Ease of checking in and not having to check out was great as well since I had to leave early.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I attempted 3 calls to the front desk which is what you’re instructed to do if you need anything and none of those calls were answered (2 wakeup call requests and 1 for more coffee) My simple suggestion would be to have a answering machine or a messaging procedure setup for guests so they can inform if anything is needed. This was the only negative I could think of. Otherwise a gr8 stay!

The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable!! I was so pleased with my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, also. Would definitely stay again!

I was a little confused as to where to go, but the hotel messaged me prior to arrival to assist with that. It is actually very easy; check into one building to go back to the Inn. This is not really an issue, but more something to be aware of .

Great service and nice clean room. Beautiful setting with the golf course right there.

There are extra facilities there including pools, tennis courts, etc., but it was unclear whether or not people staying in the Inn were allowed to use them. Signs posted everywhere said for residents and guests only. Nothing mentioned whether or not we could use those things. The pool would have been nice on the hot day.

Very easy and comfortable staff. The Resort is withing a neighborhood, so its not your typical hotel. Basic, but nice.

The walls are paper thin. Luckly, we had considerate neighbors, but you could hear them cough, sneeze, etc. Anyone talking in the halls was easily heard.

We were there for a funeral. My wife got sick and had to stay behind. The staff took exceptional care of her and were a tremendous help. They were very caring and thoughtful. The facility far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

The room and location were great. Beautifully decorated. The staff was absolutely lovely and very helpful.

The bed was not comfortable. I would expect the quality in comfort to equal that of the attention that was put into the style and decor of the room. Otherwise, it was a great room and served it's purpose.

Hotel was basically empty but sadly we had very heavy footed people above us. We could hear and feel every step they made.

What breakfast???? We were not aware of the fact that breakfast was included. So we missed not one, but two opportunities to have breakfast. What a shame!!!

Maybe more verbal information of what is available instead of only relying on the website.

The inn was very clean and the staff was friendly.

You could hear the people walking around that where staying above us.Some one was jumping around for hours so much we had to call the desk at 10pm to ask them to stop it!!!
