We had an incredible off season stay at Hotel LBI. We enjoyed a beautiful, clean room and the nice pool facilities. I was 36 weeks pregnant staying with my husband on one final getaway before baby’s arrival and the stay exceeded my expectations. We received a complimentary room upgrade that was appreciated and unexpected. I would definitely stay here again, especially during the quieter times on the island. We were able to walk to many excellent restaurants and took a very short drive to enjoy the beach.

There was some construction that made driving on/off the property a bit difficult, but otherwise no complaints!

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Room was quite large with high ceilings. AC worked well. Location is pretty good, though right on a very busy road. You can walk to places, a few close by, others 15-20 minutes. Beach shuttle was useful. Very nice indoor/outdoor pool.

Required valet isn't the best for convenience. Valet itself was fine, but just not easy to come and go for quick trips when you have to valet every time. Understand that parking is an issue there, but it does make it a little less easy to get around. Hotel seems to be big for weddings, 2 nights we stayed there were weddings where the attendees got quite loud at late hours.

Staff is fantastic- friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We love the rooftop pool area. The parking valets were incredibly helping with check in and throughout our stay. Love that there is a shuttle to the beach and it’s an excellent amenity to be able to borrow beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. The little store is very convenient. It’s just an excellent, relaxing place to stay.

There are no big concerns. It’s a bit pricey but they definitely offer more amenities than other places.

This hotel is gorgeous. Everywhere you look the attention to detail abounds. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The pool was lovely and greatly appreciated on our rainy day. Although we reserved the bikes, we did not take advantage. We also brought our own chairs and beach towels but this was not necessary. The beds were extremely comfortable. We arrived early and our room was ready and clean. The lobster bisque was my favorite with large chunks of lobster. We can't wait to come back again!

We appreciated the balcony but it is a noisy street with continuous traffic. The kitchen was only equipped for 4 people even though we had a 6 person suite. There was also not enough towels.

The roof top pool is small, but my kids loved it and I loved there was built-in shade; enjoyed food option right at the pool; like kitchen in room; room size; beach gear included in stay

Although room was very large, it lacked a cozy feel- almost too large; I wasn’t crazy about the fact there was only one beach shuttle that carried 6 people max with their gear- we did have to wait a while.

Room was exceptionally huge. Our room include a kitchen, which is nice. The pool and hot tub was a plus! It also has an opening to the outdoor balcony, which is really nice! We enjoyed our time here.

The room cleaning service won't come unless you put the sign on the door. We only find out that for they didn't come. But they did leave ample notice on the door and on the table, so it was our bad for miss it.

Staff was great and the hotel provided a lot of amenities. The valet guys were great.

Location wasn’t close to the beach but there was a shuttle. We had to walk back one afternoon because valet was too busy to pick us up. The beach the shuttle goes to doesn’t have a bathroom. That is not the hotel’s fault but worth noting. The rooms were nice, but I’ve stayed in nicer rooms for less money.

Bed was extraordinarily comfortable! It was possible to turn off the air conditioning and open the door to let fresh air and sounds into the room. The room is like an apartment and it is very well stocked and outfitted

The staff was primarily male & young: with a dose of arrogance that I didn’t appreciate. An exception to this is Ryan, a front desk associate who was very kind. Ryan showed me the property and seemed sincere in his welcome.

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. It really is an exceptional hotel and has a nice indoor pool. Our last visit was in the summer and we were able to take advantage of all the wonderful amenities and great location.

Since we arrived around 7 pm on Christmas Day there was nothing open to get a cocktail or snack. Also, although I requested a quiet room it was noisy late at night with some very loud guests in the halls. I understand because it was not fully booked that they put guests probably on one are or floor. However, since the hotel accommodated a late check out we were able to sleep in.

Hotel excellent...lovely room, nice indoor pool (opens up to outside) if weather is good. Don't know if Salt Kitchen restaurant is run by hotel but it is outstanding $$$$.

Great hotel except that it's not beach front but they do provide shuttle to beach nearby. We were told (by front desk) breakfast began at 7 but when we woke up for breakfast at 7 we were told it doesn't start til 8 so we checked out. Room large but bathroom small.
