Perfect Location near bridge/causeway & had elevator in our bldg & ocean views (only partial this time) from balcony were so refreshing! Staff was so reassuring when we were a few minutes late returning beach badges.

Some miscommunication between Booking.com, hotel, & me about which building we would be in, & about how much of an ocean view from balcony. Oceanspray bldg should NOT be called "oceanfront" by Booking.com, since Oceanfront is its own (best, full ocean view) building at the hotel.

Great location, right on the beach. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was very clean.

Window air conditioning left the room very humid. The ceiling light was in the far corner of the room so it was hard to get enough light. Window in the bathroom let light in during the night. When booking, it was hard to tell where we would be in the hotel. I paid almost $900 for 2 nights and was expecting much more for this price. The room was big and the bed was great, but no breakfast was included and the sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close (we are young, but I can’t imagine an older couple being able to open it). Also, it was nice to face the ocean but on the first floor you couldn’t even see the water. This should definitely be advertised and shouldn’t be charged the same price for a room with an ocean view.

Location, location, location! Liked a sliding glass/screened door right out to a private balcony. Can hear the waves crashing in the shore. Awesome!!! I “booked” and ocean front room!!!

Water pressure low. Was unable to turn heat completely off. When I mentioned it at the front desk, it was still cold at night and turning it off would affect other rooms. So not individual heat, only cooling.

Location was great! Weird like, but I enjoyed that there were convenient trash cans outside the rooms.

Wish there was a pool. Not the hotels fault, but booking.com confirmed an oceanfront room however, it was not secured that way to the hotel. The staff tried to fix it however, there were no open oceanfront rooms.

Right on the beach, oceanfront room with balcony was perfect. Clean, simple and very dog friendly, all of LBI was dog friendly. We stayed midweek which was quiet, and a great deal. Staff was very helpful, arranged another night for us because the weather was great, and went out of their way to do so. Josephine was really great.

No closet in the room, they could have a flip up rack to hang dresses. But we had shorts, tees and bathing suits it wasn’t much of an issue.

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice common area bathroom, free coffee and snacks for purchase. Great location on the beach, clean rooms, good amenities like fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Very accommodating with letting us check in early off season.

Would have liked an outside shower to rinse feet, more stuff available outside (but could have been due to off season).

The location was excellent and the staff couldn’t be friendlier and helpful.

Our hotel had a pile of dead ants immediately after it was ‘cleaned’. Our specific room was right outside the ice machine so lots of foot traffic. Lastly, I am a dog person, however, not when they are barking at 6am. Be mindful this place is pet friendly if that’s not your thing.

Friendly suggestion - It would be so helpful to have a map of the property on the door of each room (ice machines, vending machines, parking, beach entrance etc). Maybe a do not disturb sign to relieve the housekeepers some days.

Room was great. Overall, proximities to beach and shops etc. were great. I would totally recommend to others and return again as guests. But next time I visit, I'll be sure to book early for the best room and price.

The spicket in tub wouldn't totally turn off which made shower spray kind of weak. No deal breaker. I didn't report the issue so can't tell you how they responded.

I loved everything about this location. I look forward to going back next year. Nice room size that was in good condition. Staff was very nice and location to the ocean was great.

Check in took too long. Having it start at one time (4pm) left the 2 man staff have to deal with 15 different families at 4pm. It would be nice if check-in time could somehow be on a sliding scale minimizing the mad rushes to check in and decrease staff displeasure with an inpatient Crowd.
