The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice for each room to have a parking space available. We ate in the restaurant and the drinks were excellent and the food was delicious.

The tv. Wish it was cable tv. Tv wasn’t user friendly. We prefer live tv / cable tv.

Breakfast selection was superb. Enjoyed the boardwalk from hotel to beach.

Close to the beach and most everything else

Great location! Also has pool. Room was basic but clean. Restaurant food and cocktails are really good. We paid for ocean view room and we kind of got it: could see the ocean from the window on the left of the room, and it was beautiful. Best part of the room

Our room door was a front door (as you’d find on a house) with window panels: the light for the landing shone brightly all night long into the room. Room was loud from morning to night because of the pool. Also clearly our bad but we were 19 minutes late for check out and three separate employees came to check when we were leaving. That’s excessive in my opinion and left a bad impression.

it said ocean view but it was across the street in a separate building with no view and the staff said they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through booking.com

The hotel was clean.

I didn’t like that the dog next door to me was barking from 9:30-12AM and when I called the front desk they said they did a walk around and didn’t hear the dog so then they came back out and I had to open the door and they heard the dog. I was trying to go to bed with my 10 year old daughter. I did not like how it is in your face that you will be on the beach when you’re booking the hotel when they have a court side hotel that is not on the beach it was disappointing. I didn’t like having to park my car on a hill while the back of my car was sticking out into the street and I drive a mustang so it’s not a huge car and it was still sticking out into the street. I chose this hotel and paid more money thinking I was going to be on the beach I would never stay there again it wasn’t anything special. No one ever came to replace towels or empty out trash I emptied it into the trash can on the balcony. The remote to the tv drove me nuts I had to press it a million times for it to work it was really frustrating. The whole dog barking thing really annoyed me they said the manager was going to call me the next day but I never received a phone call.
