You can't beat the location or the hospitality! The room was neat and clean. We did not use housekeeping in our rooms, but they checked in on us daily to send over anything we needed. We were in the room very sporadically but they always caught up with us. The rooms were small but great for slow mornings. We were always greeted with a "Good Morning" and a smile.

As a family who unpacks their suitcases at the beginning of a stay, we were disappointed to not have drawers. There were shelves that we used. The room is compact but very well organized. You can tell it was recently upgraded. I also missed a longer mirror. There was only a small mirror in the bathroom (no tub fyi for those with children).

The location is one block from beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and updated. And the pool was clean.

I felt the room was too small to accommodate the number of people they advertised it could hold. The only mirror was a tiny one in bathroom and it was placed so high you could only see your face in it. They need to add a second full length mirror in the main sleeping area so multiple people could get ready. The room was so small it was difficult to navigate without constantly hitting the beds. And the beds should be moved so the air conditioner is not blowing directly on it. The pool is right on the highway and a little unnerving.

Location was perfect with close proximity to both north and south amenities. Price was reasonable for a two-night stay. Room & bathroom were clean & was provided with washcloths/towels. Also liked the ability to rent daily beach badges.

this motel has everything you will need if you are looking to have a low key beach trip. It has a pool with a rinse off station (great for getting the sand off from the beach), each room has a bench outside of it so you can enjoy the views of the surrounding area. There is a bagel and beyond located right next door or convenient quick food grabs and a candy shoppe across the boulevard.

Parking is tight, large trucks may struggle to get in and out (but there’s parking across the road as well)

It was in a good location, plenty of parking, easy access to room.great AC and shower water pressure. Mini fridge. We drove to Beach Haven for beach time, Bay Village. We ate at Daddy Os and it was exceptional!!! Expensive but a special treat.

Partners a few doors down second night. They were loud and made a mess. Not motels fault of course.

It’s perfect! Every time! I’ve stayed here for many years and it’s been updated nicely and staff is always amazing! Location is great, pool is clean and large and wonderful to have as another option than beach or bay, and simple shore decor which is always a nice touch.

That I had to leave. Really couldn’t claim anything I didn’t like.

Everything. 1st floor room as requested, comfy bed, bathroom/ shower immaculate. Manager - and her little puppy Lily - very sweet. Highly recommend for a quick visit t9 LBI or multi night stay. Dining options everywhere

The room was very clean. It is a basic place to stay but very pleasant. I hate spending a fortune for a room. Shower was good, bed comfortable. I would stay there again. The point of a vacation is what you are doing outside the room.....this place fit the bill.

It really met our expectations and price was just right. It was an older place but The update of the room was great.

The accommodations were very nice with a nice pool and the motel was in a laid-back location that was close to the beach. There was an excellent coffee, bagel, breakfast and lunch take-out place a couple of blocks away.

There was only one bar/restaurant within walking distance but Uber and Lyft solved that.

This was our second stay here and we plan to return for several more years! Clean hotel, excellent price and very family- friendly staff! Excellent location! Definitely one of the best places on the island
