We enjoyed the view from our room and the proximity to the beach. The room and bed were comfortable, we got great use of the pool & jacuzzi and on-site arcade. Plus, the bar and restaurant were a real treat too. Truly a relaxing stay.

Not too much to complain about, really. We were kind of bummed that we couldn't rent the go carts but we understand that we were staying in the off-season.

Everything was terrific...so glad we chose this location. They really stepped up their game this year...I especially loved three things. 1. The cleaning staff is back to a daily routine and they did a fantastic job each day of our 4 day stay. 2. The pillows on my bed were a pure delight. 3. The flowers and plantings at the front of the property were spectacular, I thought they were stunning this year!!

Nothing to complain about at all!!

Room was spacious, bathroom was very clean and the king bed/bedding was excellent. Really liked the double shower. Room was set up very well and had all amenities that you could need. My husband loved the Kuerig coffee maker and the convenience of not having to search for his requisite morning cup. There was a cute snack shop in the lobby that was well stocked. Beautiful restaurant on the premises, fire pits, nice pool, and a large activity center for kids but we did not use any of that. Still a great option for families.

Staff was indifferent/curt at front desk. Check in was at 3pm with NO exceptions and there were still rooms available on night we stayed so they were not fully booked. Other hotels usually accommodate earlier check in if the room is ready. We arrived around 1pm. So we had to keep our luggage in the hot car for the whole day/evening. Since we were only there for one night, we did not want to break up our one day in Beach Haven to drive all the way back to the hotel mid day. No breakfast was offered in the restaurant.

Front desk one employee do not remember her name but never smiled didn’t make us feel welcomed. On the last morning there ( which was a Monday) we were going to the dining room for breakfast and we were at the door of the restaurant tried to open it and we hear “Don’t do that, it’s closed , it’s only opened on the weekends. ) Sounded very rude. We just checked out and left. This person needs a lesson on better customer interaction to make the customers feel welcomed and happy that they chose the Holiday Inn.

Tons to do on property so no need to leave if you don’t want to!

Pillows are very soft so felt like there was nothing and our room was 2nd floor above the outdoor bar area and people were smoking cigarettes which we could smell in our room. Kept me up most of the night.

Nice and clean property. Love the restaurant on premises, go carts, indoor pool and how they have beach chairs & boogie boards available for the beach at no extra charge.

Bartender on point so nice ! Drinks amazing

Asked the front desk if they could make more coffee , it was 930 and there was no coffee. She said I’m busy I will get to it. She then went and disappeared came back and never made any coffee! Don’t remember her name she was a red head and had such an attitude.. I left and got Starbucks …

No breakfast during the week was disappointing. For the price there could have been at least a continental breakfast. I would have paid for breakfast along with others who were in the lobby who thought the same.

The property was very clean. The rooms were clean. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and competent. The hotel was full, but it never seemed noisy. There were activities and dining so you did not have to leave the property.

The rooms could use some updating, but were very clean. We suggest that Fox Cable News or any opinion-based news channel is not appropriate for a hotel lobby. The weather channel, local news station, home/cooking channel, or Discovery channel would be appeal to most guests.

I love this property. We stay every year.

The light in my bathroom was out for a majority of my stay. We came for a dance competition… makeup application is a big part of it. Without the bathroom light, I had to wake up my other kids when I used the bedroom light. Which lead to super cranky kids. I asked for someone to come fix it and no one ever showed up.
