Very clean and good location. Even though not on the beach, but a short 5-blocks away.

I understand it’s off season. On Sat, there were no rooms available almost due to a wedding booking at the sister property Hotel LBI. On Sunday, we were the only guests at the hotel. At night, there was NO ONE manning the front desk. To get into the hotel from the front lobby, we had to use our room key card. Yo be the only guests in that hotel was kind of weird. We felt unsafe in the event there were any emergencies, there was no one. We weren’t even contacted to let us know that THERE WON’T BE ANY FRONT DESK STAFF!!!

The location to the beach was excellent. It was a short walk which is a bonus with kids. I loved having access to the pool which was kept clean and had plenty of chairs. Also, there are restaurants in walking distance, convenience store and a great ice cream place across the street.

Our room was street side so it was quite noisy. Also, we were on the third floor which had a really bright light on the balcony (only the top floor has them). It was too bright to sit outside at night and we had to hang clothes on one side of the curtain to block the light when we slept. I wish there was an option to turn them off, or maybe have those bright lights turn off after a certain time?

Great location, clean room, amazing pool! Overall great hotel. The hotel is beautifully renovated and features a great outdoor roof deck in addition to the pool. Even though you are right on Long Beach blvd, you do not hear any noise once the glass door is shut. It’s great that the hotel has beach chairs and boogie boards to use for the beach also.

We were one of five couples staying in the hotel, and the lady at the front desk refused to give us checkout past 1130 AM. This is acceptable during a busy summer season when the hotel is full, but when there is no one staying at the hotel I’ve never seen a staff member not be so flexible. For the expensive price you pay I feel that is not right. We were staying with an infant and would’ve greatly appreciated more kindness & flexibility.

This property was perfect for our overnight stay. After attending an event several miles away, we were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and an a local ice cream shop for dessert. The availability of a well beautiful rooftop deck gave us a chance to spend time with family in a relaxing spot. Additionally, parking was so much easier than at other places where we have stayed.,

I liked the modern-ness of the facility. The staff was helpful when I had trouble with my TV. It was also a nice touch to provide beach badges, beach chairs, and boogie boards to guests.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't very clean at times. It definitely needs to be skimmed regularly. It's also quite unfortunate that there's not an ice machine.

Clean, newly renovated, well located and super comfortable bed. The pool is nice and there are beach chairs and biggest boards available to borrow for free which is very nice

We ended in a ground floor, inner corner room on the pool, so the smallest balcony and zero privacy…

The location is close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, good water pressure in the shower. A refrigerator, microwave and keurig were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no local cable for the tv—only streaming services. There was a single cup keurig for coffee but only artificial sweetener—no creamer or regular sugar.

I would recommend that the pool table and rec area be moved off the second floor and not next to the rooms. It’s incredibly loud when people are playing and it’s not relaxing at all to hear people right outside your door playing or carrying on late at night or during the day.

Very modern and comfortable accommodations. Nice common areas to congregate with plenty of space and seating. Only stayed one night after attending my niece's wedding...perfect for that one night stay.

Location , cleanliness, price.

The AC in the room was very noisy, couldn’t adjust fan speed or air vent direction.
