From the moment I arrived, I was treated with a level of hospitality that suprised. Special thanks to Muzzamil, the Assistant Front-of-House Manager, and Haider, the F&B Operations Manager. Their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Pakistani culture is legendary for its generosity and kindness towards guests, and the Nishat Hotel embodies this spirit perfectly. It wasn’t just a stay - it was a heartfelt experience that reminded me why hospitality is considered an art in this part of the world. I had a wonderful experience at The Nishat Hotel Gulberg, Lahore. Upon arrival, Mr. Uzair at the front desk kindly upgraded us from a Deluxe Room to a Royal Suite, which was a generous and much-appreciated gesture. The suite was beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, offering a nice selection of authentic Pakistani dishes. The restaurant manager was exceptionally courteous and even remembered our preferred style of eggs each morning—an impressive personal touch that made us feel right at home. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Lahore.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nishat Hotel. Everything was exceptional—from the top management to the doormen and drivers, every member of the staff was incredibly humble, professional, and courteous. A special thanks to Manager Waleed, Uzair, and the bellboy Ali, whose hospitality truly stood out. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety and quality. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to access everything nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in Lahore.

The only downside was the pillows, which were quite uncomfortable and definitely need to be upgraded to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

I stayed in The Nishat (Gulberg) for a little over 3 weeks. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding - the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. I had halwa puri almost every morning, other Pakistani breakfast dishes, as well as french toast, chicken sausage, hashbrowns, made-to-order omelette, various pastries, and chai. The room service cuisine, provided by the on-property Cube restaurant, was outstanding. I ordered a number of Pakistani dishes such as Chicken Tikka and Malai Boti. The property feels very safe. The location is excellent - near Liberty Market, a number of pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, etc. The TV has Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. The WiFi worked well - no issues. The gym has treadmills, a stair climber / elliptical type of machine, dumbells, etc. I did not use the pool but it looked very nice. I do not speak Urdu (yet!) so it was very helpful that all staff were able to accommodate me by speaking fluent English in addition to Urdu. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore.

I recently stayed at Nishat Hotel Gulberg with my mum, and from the moment we arrived—even at the unusual hour of 5am—everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and warmth. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Gulberg and just steps from Liberty Market, which made getting around the city so convenient. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. We were particularly impressed by the airport pick and drop service—it was punctual, smooth, and incredibly helpful. Special appreciation to Mr Abbas from Cube Restaurant, who welcomed us like family and went out of his way to make our meals feel homey and special. The food was absolutely top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent throughout our stay. Also a huge thank you to Azam, who assisted us with such a friendly and positive attitude, and to the security staff at the entrance, who were always courteous and respectful. Every single interaction—from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping—reflected genuine care and attention to detail. My mum and I left feeling thoroughly looked after, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lahore—this place gets everything right.

Exceptional Service and brilliant hotel. Attended in Sept 2023, have previously visited a few years ago and was pleased that the service, staff and facilities were just as before if not better. A sign of a good Hotel is the retention of staff and was great to see most were still there and their passion for service, politeness and professionalism was shining through. Sabir Hussain front of house manager was exceptional assisting with specific requests for me and a client, as above all the staff from the airport transfer driver, Concierge , porters and reception are a testament to a well run A1 quality hotel chain. Nishat command structure should be proud of this team. The room was pristine , cleaned and well stocked with all amenities for a business traveler. Room service quick and quality amazing. centrally located with internationally branded restaurants stores nearby, 25 mins from airport. I look forward to my return within a month to Lahore and I will definitely select NISHAT at Gulberg- Shahid Qureshi UK

The stay was very comfortable, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable visit — would definitely recommend!

The hotel has noticeable cleanliness and hygiene issues. Fixtures like toilets, WCs, and mirrors showed clear signs of wear and tear and are not maintained up to the standard expected from a hotel of this class. Sanitary fittings definitely need an upgrade.

It has a great location and overall the quality of food was excellent . But to top it all the staff was very courteous and cooperative. They quickly responded to every issue that I had and helped to resolve the issue. Mr. Ali (Guest Relation Manager) at reception is an excellent asset for Hotel and he personally looked after the comfort of every guest in the facility.

The lobby is small and crammed. There were usually too many people sitting there.

It was clean ,staff was coeprative,food was excellent,gym & pool very neat hygienic yet they need a shop for selling swimming gear at pool ,breakfast had multiple choices manager waleed met me himself at checkout and got feedback apart from all that they upgraded my room i am thankful to them regards
