Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, very clean, good facilities, excellent value overall, restaurant on the 6th floors is also excellent

I booked one double room for two adults and one 4-year-old child. We didn’t pay extra for our four year old as we were happy to share a bed. However, even though we indicated on the Booking form that we have a child, I don’t know if it filtered through to the hotel system as the staff seemed a bit surprised we were a party of 3. We’ve stayed at this hotel four times over the past 2 years and it’s always been like this. I think it would be good to link the systems. It would also have been nice to have been offered an extra pillow.

We came back here for the second time for 2 nights (our first time was 6 nights at the beginning of Nov), we got the same impression as the first time. Room was comfortable, clean, well designed, good air conditioning that was self controlled. Breakfast was delicious and the room was airy and relax to enjoy our meal. Staff were professional and full of Japanese hospitality.

We preferred to have 2 pillow or just provided us with extra pillows spare in the closet it would be the best. One pillow was too flat for us.

This is a fine hotel, adjacent to the train and bus stations- we wound up appreciating that. Pretty good food court downstairs in the train station with a great Indian restaurant, just in case you need a change from Japanese cuisine. Lots of other good restaurant choices in the area also. I would highly recommend attending a performance at the Bunraku puppet museum (take train from #7 platform); also the dance troupe Awa Dori (short walk of cab ride to cable car base).

No deficiencies, especially at this price point.

Spacious room for 1 person and extremely clean and tidy. I stayed 2 nights and requested that they replenish water and coffee, they did without any question. Location was just next to JR station and you could get anything that you need around the area.

I asked the reception about luggage courier service which they insisted they need to measure the luggage size. And they could have ask me where to send the luggage to in advance and let me know the estimated time needed for the luggage to reach the next destination. Because of that, I ended up having my luggage 1 day later than expected and had to do without my luggage for 1 full day. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Conveniently at the train station and bus station is at the front of the hotel. We travelled only with public transportation and this hotel was perfect choice for us. Our room was super comfortable, big, clean and BF was delicious with a lot of variety. We loved the self controlled air conditioning and big bathroom. Will come back here for sure if we come back to Tokushima.

It would be better if the room had 2 pillows instead of the only 1.

Great location, right next door to the station but very comfortable and not at all noisy. Really convenient for us carrying heavy bags. The room was spacious and very well fitted out. The beds were super comfortable.

I wanted a massage but there were only male masseurs available. A bit disappointing. Not sure if this is standard since it seems to be a business hotel.

Hotel was very nice

We wanted to extend with one night right after arrival in our room but a) Booking did not allow simply change to 2 nights, the price went up within several seconds from the original price we paid for the first night and b) when we announced at the reception that we would stay longer we were told that we need to check out in the morning and get another room in the afternoon. we were very unhappy so they would let us stay in the room for additionally 2000 yen. All together we paid more than 4000 yen for the second night and breakfast was not included.Again, had we booked for 2 nights in the first place instead of extending we would have been better off.

Prime location, not very old, it's 80's style of luxury hotel, well maintained, should be a five stars. Just next to the train station and lots of local food surrounding within walking distance. Dept store and mini market also within walking distance

The staff is not well coordinated, some are inexperienced young arrogant and irresponsible when handling case. My group's bus was directed to drop the passengers 600 m away while heavy rain and the bus parking slot at the hotel lobby is empty. One of the group member is 89 years old grandma on a wheel chair soaked, just by an irresponsible answer.

Nice location, restaurant close-by, room is nice and clean, staff is friendly, quick check-in and check-out. A small mall connects to the hotel. 12 mins walk to see the dance show, cable car up to the park/ observation deck to see the view of the city. 6 mins walk to take a river cruise. Big carpark, car can drive in and out during the stay.

Breakfast in not included.

The hotel is in a prime location in Tokushima, basically in the train station, on top of a popular food court and near top attractions. The room, not too small by Japanese standards, is thoughtfully equipped with the basics and a few extras such as a line to dry clothes.

Basically everything was ok.
