The bedroom was a reasonable size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, large walk in shower, nice toiletries and good water pressure. There was a nice choice of breakfast items at the self service buffet. Great location, plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and the hotel has it’s own bistro if you don’t fancy going out.

The style of decor in the bedroom is very basic, plain concrete walls which personally we are not a lover of. A coat of paint would make it look more finished but we accept this is the style they have gone for and does not detract that the room and service was very good.

Staff very helpful and hotel very clean. Window in our friends' room wouldn't open properly so receptionist immediately changed the room for them. Kettle in room to make tea / coffee.

Location not too pretty / felt a bit like being on an industrial estate but to be fair, it was cheap and there were places in walking distance to grab a bite to eat.

Quirky hotel nice and clean, room was big and the bathroom was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Location good for us travelling from uk down to Spain.

Breakfast didn’t have any hot food. For this reason we didn’t book any breakfast. Coffee was free though so that was a bonus.

This was the 2nd time I've stayed here and its been very nicely upgraded since last March. The bathroom and rain shower is especially nice. Location is perfectly situated just off the A20 and is close to shops and restaurants. The restaurant looked popular although I didn't eat there.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely shower. Great electronic blinds to make rooms dark. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Chose this because of the location next to motorway for overnight break. Located on a strip of hotels and restaurants. Didn’t eat at the hotel as they had no gluten free options.
