Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, very accommodating to our dog Will E. Nelson, who is learning the ropes of traveling with us (and he is doing quite well and enjoys our adventures).

To be honest, while my wife took the pup for a walk, I decided to take the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Very nice and clean, but as I was enjoying a nice relax I was bombarded by about 15. - 20 kids and a couple adults throwing these kids into the air and into the pool. Now I get kids will be kids we were all young once, but the way the adults were throwing these kids was very dangerous in such a shallow pool, needless to say I didn't stick around...

The breakfasts were good. Wasn’t a fan of the scrambled eggs, they were not very fluffy, but the omelettes were always great. Loved the fruit salad and yogurt.

It would be more efficient to combine the Staybridge and Holliday Inn breakfasts ( theirs seemed to be better attended). As for the evening social snack, the meal seemed Ok , but it didn’t appear well attended. Suggestion; 1) if the customer have kids ( burgers, fries, Mac & cheese, hotdogs) , otherwise cold cut sandwiches would be fine. (2) a open bar adult only happy hour ( three drinks maximum) between the hours of 9 pm to 12 am . Maybe Karaoke?

I enjoyed the closeness to Niagara Falls. The space was comfortable and spacious. The staff was nice and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful. I appreciated having breakfast available.

I would have preferred if I was able to connect to my streaming services instead of just having basic cable. The smell of cleaning products was rather strong so I would advice fragrance free for those of us with scent sensitivity.

The room was spacious - a small apartment - with living room, kitchenette and bedroom. And, of course, a bathroom (shower only no bath tub). Lots of drawer space and a good sized cupboard. We were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the room service (cleaning) was provided daily. This is no longer common and we appreciated it. The cleaners were pleasant and one, in particular, had a fabulous sense of humour.

We make a habit of folding bath towels (after allowing them to dry) with a view to using them again. The staff took the used towels away and left fresh towels. This could improve the ecological impact of visits to the hotel.

On the first day, a person at the front was nice and welcoming the place is spacious and clean and has all kitchen equipment.

On the second day, a person at the front wasn't as nice as the first day and gave us different information about using the breakfast area with pets (on the first day she said as long as my dog is in a carrier and doesn't bark he can be with us) way she talked wasn't nice enough but it was early in the morning and most of the experience was great so we went back to our room to eat our meal.

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing.

The pool area was very loud because it’s enclosed. The water was cold and dirty. We only used it once out of the seven days. I liked that they had laundry but I didn’t like that we had to pay for it. We have stayed at 2 other Staybridge Suites for a week each and we never paid for laundry.

The room and hotel is quite clean, pleasant and convenient.

I asked for late check out and was only provided one hour. My friends who stayed on the holiday inn side was offered late check out until 2pm. I paid a lot for the room for two night - a lot. and wasn't offered the same allowance. That did not please me.

Great room - having a kitchenette with a dishwasher/stovetop is awesome. Room was very comfertable and clean. Had everything we needed. Putting green and pool was a nice to have too. Breakfast was great - a very good spread and variety of items from cereals, to fruits, eggs and sausages and yogurt etc. It is also pet friendly!

Nothing really...pool opended t 6:30pm and filled up pretty quickly with kids, but it is what it is...

ROOM: Delivered high standard of furnishing and modern decor BREAKFAST: Pleasant breakfast attendant who efficiently managed the turnover of the food and kept the buffet and dining area clean THE HOTEL: The hotel had modern decor which created a pleasant atmosphere and surroundings. It was exceptionally clean

We booked here for the kitchen facility and the price but we were visiting old town niagara-on-the-lake. The hotel was a bit further than we anticipated from the old town. It was also further than we expected from niagara falls itself.

The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room and property were well maintained.

They could allow for a little more time at breakfast to start breaking down the food items. Both days it started before the end time and while not only me, but others were in line to put food on our plates.
