We have 2 young kids and Residence Ormeggio + Grado has been the best summer destination for us so far. Here is why: + Raffaella is awesome - doing hospitality is a hard job, and she manages to perfectly balance friendliness with professionalism. My wife and I, and also the kids really liked her attention to detail and kindness. + the location is a literal 5 minute walk to the beach and about 7 minutes to the city center. You can do everything even without a stroller. Besides, we took the room with a lagoon view and it is indeed a beautiful sight - from one balcony you can see the lagoon, from the other the sea. + everything was spotless clean - our kids drop toys in random places all the time so we have to open furniture/closets most people would not - even these hidden places had 0 dust in them. Well done to the cleaning team!

We also used the sofa bed which albeit comfortable, was squeaky. I have to call out I've seen other people complain about the parking space - in case you're worried after having read those reviews here's my take: it's not any narrower than a usual shopping mall parking. Raffaella and team also help you park the car if you need it (they are there next to you giving suggestions). Not stressful! While you check in, you can park your car right in front of the building (there's an area allocated for loading/unloading).

Residence Ormeggio and Raffaela fully deserve a 10 out of 10 rating. Very attentive, guest focused. The little extra things we were provided with, the attention to the kids, the support with things somewhat even unrelated to the apartment. This is true hospitality. We have been returning, and will continue to do so in the future. I would also like to use this platform to thank the cleaning staff who we've never had a chance to see - your work was outstanding also.

We spent a perfect summer holiday in Grado! Staying at this place greatly contributed to it! The apartment was spacious, super comfortable, spotless and fully equipped (including the kitchen). As a bonus, it had a very large terrace, perfect for relaxing. Thank you very much, Raffaela, for making our stay so enjoyable!

There was nothing to complain about, we would love to come back again.

The accommodation was excellent, clean and well equipped. Raffaella was a wonderful, informative and flexible host throughout. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the beach, the old town, restaurants, cafes, shops and SPAR. We loved the huge terrace with a beautiful view of the canal, especially at sunset. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Raffaella is exceptionally kind and helpful, she made our arrival and stay really pleasant. The location is optimal, close to downtown and beaches, next to a lagoon. The terrace was the best part of the flat.

The beds were noisy, the sofa somewhat short. It is not easy to find parking place.

Location was great. For 2 people very spacious. For a family of 4 very good. Very friendly staff.

A coffee maker would be great. Kitchen doesn’t invite to cook but restaurants are plenty and affordable.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment with huge balcony having a railing made of glass, só we had incredible view on the lagoon. Even sunbeds on the balcony. Perfect cleanliness, cosy modern flat, spacious living room, separate bedroom, nice bathroom and kitchen, enough space for everything. Raffaella is really kind and helpful.

Perfect location close to the beach and to the center. Beautiful view on the canal from the room - it was absolutely worth the extra cost. Gigantic terrace and a superb apartment equipped with everything what your family needs. Friendly host.

You'll need to pay extra for the parking (but we knew it in advance), and the parking space is super small.

The location was perfect for getting around town. The residence is very clean with everything one needs. Should you need anything the host is on hand to help.
