the hotel is clean and has been remodeled in the last few years. it includes breakfast which is a plus. staff is friendly. location is good and near a freeway

i did not have room service until the 4th day i was there, that could be improved, i let the front desk know and they told me they come every other day but not so much for this visit.

The entire stay was clean, comfortable and well tended to. Our housekeeping staff had such an attention to detail and did extra kind/thoughtful things to make our room extra cared for. Also, there was a hot breakfast that alternated between scrambled eggs or mini omelettes, sausage or bacon. That was a nice addition the usual dry/cold continental breakfasts at most places. It’s also right next door to Osaka; a sushi/hibachi restaurant. The hibachi dinner was so fun!

Location is good and many shops nearby.prominent stores like kohl etc are 1.5 mile away.The staff is good and accomodate late check in and in general helpful.within walking distance there are good eateries and liquor/provisional store is just 500 metres from the place.

Rooms are generally clean but the ac is old .The bathrooms are clean but sometimes hairs are all over.Also the rooms are not that clean and dont be surprised to find stuff left over from previous occupant,in my case i found a samsung3 watch lying on the floor under the table which means the housekeeping staff dont clean properly.Breakfast options are standard ok .But overall good for short stay,and value for money..

Clean hotel & room. Excellent breakfast with a comfortable, spacious breakfast room. TV was good quality with lots of channels. A/C was old-school but worked just fine and wasn't too noisy. Front desk was always staffed with a friendly and helpful greeter. Shower was good with adequate water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The parking is a bit tight when the hotel is full. The bed pillows were ok, but on the small and squishy side. Could have used a mat in the shower as the tub was a bit slippery.

Breakfast Buffet abundant & well maintained.Front desk Staff were the most friendly & helpful we've encountered on our cross country trip.

We found the negative reviews of this establishment difficult to read since our experience ( staff, location, cleanliness, etc) was on the extreme opposite.

Room could’ve used a little more cleaning. Found half drank bottle of water in the fridge. Baseboards in bathroom dirty. Didn’t really bother us, but wanted to note this.

Breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage every day, but different kinds (scrambled, omelet, hard yolk-fried, links, patties). Waffles, cereals, yogurt. Good food. Very clean area. Very good coffee.

I didn't understand housekeeping. Sometimes they changed or added soap, but didn't vacuum. Could not tell if they had been there or not.

Honestly would like to see grab bars in the shower. " If someone were to fall, grabbing the bar on the glass door, could be a disaster!!!!

Convenient to a rehab facility nearby where a family member was a patient.

Initial room had a defective ac but the front desk was quickly able to reassign me a different room.

It was clean and updated.

The outlets at the bedside need to be replaced. There is not enough tension to hold a phone charger in place so it wasn't charging. I forgot to mention this to the desk.
