I loved the receptionist! She was so sweet and nice. Made check in and check out really easy. They have a really nice gym, my sister and I were able to get in a good workout. Nice outside. They have two grills on one side and a fire pit on the other. They also have a pool! Breakfast had a good variety as well. You can make your own waffles. They're also pet friendly! Nice large shower for a stand up shower. Great water pressure as well. The hot water is super hot, so if you like taking boiling showers you'll love it, lol. They have everything you need but a small stove in the kitchenette. Comfortable beds as well. I plan on visiting Virginia over the next few months, definitely will be staying here again.

They ran out of coffee creamer at one point and their yogurt was too sweet for my taste. Those are just minor things.

The room and its amenities within were OUTSTANDING! I've only stayed in a couple of other facilities that offered a kitchen and room to spread out. This place tops them all!

Only thing that was "off" was the breakfast. It was cold/tepid. I brought it up to the staff and they were going to address it. My thought was perhaps the warmers were not on. When you're first there when breakfast starts, you'd expect the food to be hot. It was not, warm would've been acceptable. It was as though they made the dishes, put them out and left it.

It was very clean and the rate was reasonable.

The carpet in the room needs to be shampooed.

This was my first experience with staying with Home2 Suites and I was very pleased. The room was obviously designed by someone with a lot of travel experience. There was space for luggage to be stowed and not tripped over. There was shelving for sundries that travelers often travel with. I appreciated the bed comfort and linens were very nice quality. The staff was very nice, helpful and went over and beyond. I will definitely stay with Home2 Suites again. Thank you for a good stay.

I can' think of a thing.

Nice large room with nice large tv, liked having the draws and closet and the cute small kitchen felt like home, also loved having a normal on the wall thermostat, liked the large included breakfast. Internet was great. It was nice having the option to work out and use a pool. Staff was wonderful.

The bathroom shower had pink and black mold in it. Beds could of been softer and pillows, pool could of been warmer. It would’ve been nice to have normal cable or the apps worked in the tv, had to use my Xbox apps. Also the tv service should of been provided free, if I hadn’t had Netflix then I wouldn’t of had tv to watch for a week, my partner was working as I was just relaxing in hotel for the week.

I really liked the facility. It's in a good location, and there are plenty of options for shopping or dining out. The facility is very clean and the staff was very nice.

For some reason, I got locked out of my room before check out time, which delayed my trip home. The staff were very helpful with getting me back in the room to get the rest of my things as quickly as possible.

Everything. All the staff I dealt with were super nice and helpful. The location of our room was great by the pool and the lot were parked, down the hall from the lobby. Loved having nice breakfast choices and plenty of coffee. Room was better than expected, it was so nice! The bed was so comfortable my husband and I wanted to take it home, lol

Breakfast could be served til 11am, not all of us are morning people so it was always hurry up and get there as it shuts down at 10am.

The breakfast was "exceptional". The rooms were EXTRA clean and the entire hotel facility smelled good and was clean. Me and my family will choose this hotel everytime we need a hotel.

Unfortunately we had a rude next door guest who had music blasting at midnight. However, I called down to the front desk and they took care of it immediately!!! Sharissa provided exceptional customer service!!!! She;s a great manager at the hotel.

The hotel is super dog friendly. Lover the ample space in the lobby and guest room.

Other guest spill drinks and it seems to be taking a long time to clean it up (sticky floor/stains) in the lobby.

The staff there was not able to handle a large crowd. There were periods of time where there were no dishes available or utensils. Maybe investing in paper goods vs waiting for dishes to run in the dishwasher would be beneficial.

The stay was great, however, I went to the front desk and requested more wash clothes from Hallie and we never received them. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked to delete my request because I was checking out at that point. In the future, I will bring my own wash clothes.
