The hotel was easily accessible from the airport with the shuttle bus and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It's quite a walk from the tram stop but still manageable in 15-20 minutes. Very large and cosy room and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub which was great! All in all, we had a very good time at the Park Plaza and would definitely go there again if I need to stay close to the airport.

Park Plaza was a one night stop over for our flight leaving Amsterdam the next morning. We missed the hotel shuttle but the front desk manager organised a taxi for us. When the taxi didn’t arrive on time and I went to query it, the manager phoned the company and then told them to put the cost on Park Plaza’s account. Outstanding service from the same front desk manager from the minute we checked (23h30) to the time we checked out. Very friendly and helpful. I just regret not getting his name. And I would’ve loved to spend more time experiencing the hotel and all it had to offer.

We ended up staying here at Park Plaza as a last minute booking due to a nightmare at our previous location. We are a family of 4 with two young children. We arrived quite late after hours and hours of travelling approx 7.30/8pm. Upon arrival the guy on the desk was very welcoming and friendly (apologies can not remember name) he made a fuss of the children giving them both a children’s pack which contained games, colouring and a drink voucher for the bar. They loved that, such a nice touch. Thank you. We checked into our room and were just amazed at how nice, clean and spacious it was. Stunning bathroom with the deepest bath I had seen - along with lovely toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. We went down to restaurant to eat late but still the food was delicious. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals and the staff were very friendly. The free coffee was delicious. Best night sleep, so comfortable. The handy little 24 hour shop was great and not expensive The bonus of free parking was very handy too!

We have been many times to Amsterdam, often passing through so we usually book a hotel close to the airport. We have not used this hotel before but was really good and we have to praise the receptionist (I think her name was Katia). She "read" us perfectly (having been to Amsterdam many times) and suggested that this time we could go to Zaanse Schans to see old town, windmills and other nice things related to the history of Holland. Great suggestion and great experience we got from amazing receptionist.

I have never understood why hotel busses do not charge for the trip from the airport to the hotels but charge the other way. Strange system

The conference was in this hotel, so it was comfortable location. I liked that they provided a shuttle bus from the airport. The reaction for issuing the invoice was quick.

The windows were not able to open. The breakfast for 18.50€ too expensive. The access to the city center by Bolt / Uber was expensive, and with a tram No 1 it takes about 45 min and 15 min on foot to the Matterhorn station.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Amsterdam! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed, high-quality linens, and a well-equipped bathroom. I especially appreciated the little touches like the espresso machine and the fast, free Wi-Fi. The location is convenient—just a short ride from the city center and easily accessible by public transport. It was the perfect base for exploring Amsterdam while enjoying some peace and quiet away from the crowds. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The on-site restaurant also served great food, and the service was consistently top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Park Plaza Amsterdam for anyone visiting the city—whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

We were met with a complementary upgrade which really helped since we were traveling with our 6kg service animal. The room was really spacious and gave us the ability to re-pack for our trip back to the USA. We picked the hotel because it was close to the airport with FREE parking. Gas station nearby to refuel the rental car. 20 mins from down town Amsterdam. The Staff is multi lingual, there's security on site. Everything you're looking for in a short layover. We had our own rental car, but there was also a hotel shuttle for 5 Euro's pp. if needed.

That my stay was only one night. Would have loved to stay there longer so I could have tried the breakfast and restaurant.

I want to register my enormous gratitude to this hotel, my flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight to Brazil, what KLM didn't do, this hotel did everything!My friend and I arrived exhausted after spending 7 hours inside the airport trying to understand what they were going to do with us (if we were going to Brazil the next day or the same day) we decided to book this Hotel because it was close, they offered us complimentary dinner, and in the morning when I needed a toothbrush they offered me a small bag with everything I needed , absolutely everyone was friendly and very helpful, dinner and breakfast were great, large room, clean bed and great shower. I recommend anyone who has to stay near the airport to stay at this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel that is very well staffed. Public areas are especially nice, and our room while not large was very clean and comfortable.

Lunch options were a bit limited and the location seems a bit remote even though it is a short drive to the airport. There is really nothing to do in the immediate vicinity if your are on foot. Shuttle back and forth to the airport is 5 euros per person each way, so taking the train into town is not an easy option. Just use this as an overnight stay near the airport and nothing else.
