The breakfast was not good. My sausage was not even warm and needed to be cooked further for a grilled look, it look like it needed to cook more. The kids did not want to eat anything and then found Nutella and only one spread it on bread and had juice. The lady in breakfast area just looked at my sister when she asked if they had a mop. One of the kids dripped juice on the floor just before stair case to enter breakfast area. 10 minutes later before we left a lady slipped and caught her fall by grabbing the stairs case. We heard the breakfast attendant talk to a lady at the front desk in English so that means she understood English when asked if they had a mop.

The breakfast sausage should be browned, more choices in cereal, pancake and waffle.

the staff was incredibly friendly and quick during check in! there was makeup wipes and lotion in the rooms which is always a plus! and the room had a fridge and microwave! i also appreciated the almond milk option! i want to emphasize how friendly the staff was! they truly made the stay great!

i would have loved a better breakfast like maybe some waffles or pancakes and some cut up fruit. also it would have been great to have compost bins available since the plates provided were compostable

Very convenient location on Ventura blvd, you are in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and stores. Huge variety of food. The pool area was very pretty and felt very serene. I stayed on the second floor it was really pretty quiet.

There isn't an elevator, which is fine as long as you know that ahead of time -which I did. And the steps weren't bad in my opinion. Parking was very convenient.

They allowed me to check-in early. Staff was nice. Location was great, grocery store across the street along with restaurants near. Breakfast was good. Pool and the area was nice and clean.

When I got to my room, there was liquid on the floor by the fridge, obviously something had leaked. I went back to the front desk, and the person immediately apologized and gave me a new room. New room and breakfast were great!

The rooms were clean and well sized. The pool area was fab, clean and quiet, it was perfect for short stay, would definitely recommend to others. Great Location.

Breakfast wasn't great, but I think that's because we are British, it wasn't the sort of thing we would normally eat. There was fresh coffee each day, quite strong, so its more personal taste so I can't really moan.

The room was nice. The breakfast had great options. The egg frittata, sausages and the Passion Orange Guava juice top notch! Location is spot on! Loved the Fatburger across the street!

The jacuzzi could have been a little warmer. If the pool was heated that would have been a great bonus! However, there was a hole in the ottoman, in the duvet on the bed and a hole in the shower curtain.

We spent two nights here and used it as a base to explore Santa Monica and L.A. - a bit off though but of course a lot cheaper than the hotels on the other side of the mountain. The general neighborhood of the hotel was okay, nothing special. We didn't have any time to test the pool unfortunately.

It was easy access form the road. Parking was good. The dinning area was very clean. Wish they had waffles. The eggs and sausage was good apple juice was nice a cold. My wife enjoyed a toasted bagel. The lady over seeing the dinning area was very friendly and attentive.

Price was a little much. We also booked a room with walk-in shower but got a tub even though it was handi cap it was difficult for me to get in and out as i was in town for surgery.

The breakfast was excellent: eggs, Sausage, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, several choices of juice, yogurt, etc. We had a handicapped room, so the bathroom was huge. It was near our daughter's house and other intended destinations.

The hot tub was only lukewarm.
