It has an incredible garden and outdoor space in a very serene part of Somerset. It is family run, and I had lovely conversations with both Mike and Dino, father and son. It seems like there is real love put into this endeavor, and you can feel it. They were very accommodating to us, and everything was lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Room was small, but as an American, I realize I am coming from a way different perspective on hotel room size in general. Also would love for shampoo to be provided as well as soap, but as this is mostly an event space rather than a hotel, I understand.

Excellent lovely place. Very welcoming and clean. Plenty of good parking lit up at night. Room 10 was very clean, large as it was a connecting room from a double bedroom to a two single bed room making it a family room. Both rooms had good TV's. Excellent stay, good price, good night's sleep...Tea/coffee etc provided and they didn't hold back on quantity. Very quiet rooms, dark with the curtains shut so sleeping was great especially in the comfy bed.

Coffee at breakfast was £3.50 - a walk to our room and it was free. Evening meal I felt a little pricey, didn't eat there in the evening so cannot comment on quality but plenty of people did. It was myself and my young son so he would ofcourse wanted desert too! Weekdays breakfast finishes at 9:30 so on day two we would have been right on the time so we ate at Oscar's literally across the road, excellent breakfast there (although crossing the busy road took a few minutes). What I can say is that nothing was too much trouble for the hotel, very accommodating on time and requests. It was a cheapy cheeky weekend break for us so I didn't want it to cost the earth. We'll certainly be back!

Great location, handy to get to, countryside views and a lovely wild garden to sit in the evening. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy room, very clean and good furnishings. Country house feel throughout - nice change from the budget 'chain' hotels nearby. Very good price. Breakfast was good - so nice to be able to choose from a menu and just pay for what you want rather than a fixed price and feel you have to eat lots to get your money's worth. We'll certainly return. 😊

Our room was compact but manageable. The bathroom suite was on the small side - the shower cubicle a bit of a squeeze but lots of hot water and a good flow. Bit of a tight fit for the loo! Lighting in the room was a bit limited and needed a bit of attention.

Lovely stay at the Grange hotel for one night as attending the Bridgwater carnival. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for us and our dog. Breakfast had to be bought separately but that suited us fine, you pay for what you want and was very nice. Very easy to get to from the M5 and a convenient location. Simple, no frills and perfect for what we needed it for.

The rooms are all upstairs which is no good if your disabled and no lift so you had to use stairs Restaraunt wasn't open on Saturday but we was out don't think it was open on the Sunday either so ended up going out to eat The bed was awful very springy you could feel every spring and dipped in middle most uncomfortable Whole place could do with a lick of paint and wallpapering as ours in bedroom was hanging off

I booked this hotel for it's location on the side of Brent Knoll, which I have driven past countless times but never had the opportunity to climb. The hotel is in a great location close to M5, J22 and set back from the A38. The staff were exceptional, informative and courteous. The food was good. The hotel has a big car park with large spaces. Brent Knoll is a very steep climb, so not for the faint hearted, but the view is breathtaking in every direction.

Nothing, this hotel exceeded my expectations on every level. I had a room at the rear looking out on to the Knoll. I think rooms at the front may suffer from the noise of the traffic on the A38.

Excellent breakfast, and the staff were very welcoming! Honestly not much to add here, we enjoyed it very much. The garden centre across the road also had a nice cafe as a coffee stop!

We had a lovely sized room with a bathroom on a different floor as well which was really cool, although because of the time of year it meant that naturally some parts of the room was nice and warm and others were quite cold. This is honestly more an observation rather than a criticism, we were quite comfortable regardless!

Love the location! Perfect for what we needed

The dog room I was given was above the reception, my dog spent the entire night on fright or flight from the sounds to dogs barking as they met in reception, a very drunk man shouting and climbing m/tripping up the stairs near the room and any other sounds (and there were many) By no means is this a complaint, I’ll definitely be booking again! (Just asking for a different room) my dog is a support dog who was off duty and highly alert/knackered from it all. Positive from it all…I had a lovely quiet morning 😊

Easy parking, quick check in, spotless room, set back from the road so little noise. My evening meal was good, the staff member Deano was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fine.

To be honest I couldn't fault the place. A beer lover wouldn't like the fact there's no draft there, but honestly it didn't bother me. For the price I paid I'm quite happy.

Fish pie was lovely.. Hotel well away from the road. Room reasonably clean. Able to open windows. Heating could be turned down. Room was very good value for money. Dining area decorated very well looking cosy. Good parking facilities.

Cooked Breakfast not available due to sickness. This couldn't be helped. Curry not so nice.. My partner thought the portion on garlic cream mushrooms were a bit poor. Walls very thin and could hear next door coughing and talking. I expect they could hear us snoring.... Sorry
