The breakfast was good. Hours for breakfast were reasonable for breakfast 6-10 am. Great location it was central to a family reunion/wedding we were there to attend at KU Catholic Church. Room was clean & everything worked & was functional.

Based upon the picture it looks to be a one unit hotel but there is another separate unit that is older that doesn’t have an elevator for the upper level. My husband had just had knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago & when I asked for a ground floor room or handicap accessible the clerk said none were available. Probably because I booked through booking.com.

Everyone who works there is very nice, especially Fawn. I checked out early, and she efficiently handled the matter and explained things to my satisfaction.

I miss the bacon at breakfast, but I understand why it's not there (cost). I wish there had been biscuits and gravy, though. But that's just me. I didn't particularly care for the streaming service (?) they're using for TVs. There wasn't a "Guide Page" to see what was on, and it was an odd assortment of stations available, but again, that's just me.

We picked this place for the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated! The hot tub was nice, not super hot though. But that meant I could soak longer without overheating! The bathrooms are a little snug, but the shower water pressure was good! The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was just ok. It's probably a pretty standard continental breakfast, we are just used to a little more options. But you get what you pay for, overall we were pretty satisfied with our stay.

Location

Only the front desk had a almost empty bottle of hand sanitizer. All other sanitizer stations were empty. The most unsanitary thing I saw morning after morning was in the breakfast room guest and workers operating without washing or hand sanitizing hands. Bread is being pack out with bare hands, guests is taking bread out of container with bare hands. Covid is still very much alive people.

Within walking distance to Allen Field House and the KU campus. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel was clean, had a friendly staff and a nice breakfast selection every morning. The indoor pool area was clean and inviting. Great place to stay for the price.

A very centrally located hotel. Close to everything. Excellent staff that went beyond to make our stay comfortable. Specially Mr. Ronak at the front desk made a lot of effort to accommodate. Coming back again

Breakfast needs improvement.

Room size was okay. The breakfast was more than I expected. Personnel at desk were courteous, pleasant and helpful.

the layout of the bathroom (the small size of the bath and john made it difficult to get in and out. The bed nearest the window had a definite slant from side to side}. I shared the room with a friend and her bed was okay.

clean and close to KU campus. price was great

the property itself was great. The fridge was warm with no dial to turn up the temperature. There was food in it from the last guest who had stayed in the room. The breakfast was not very good. The sausage was not cooked thoroughly, the orange juice was brownish in color but, the coffee was great!

Check in staff was friendly. Was just an overnight stay for us.

Bathroom door didn’t shut properly, also tub didn’t drain so water collected at our feet when showering.

I liked where it was centrally located.

I didn’t like the fact that being there five days only one person checked to see if we needed anything one time.
