This is a large and busy hotel even in the off season. The double queen room is beautiful and spacious very comfortable for a family of 4. The beach service wasn’t great but the pool had a great vibe and service. The pool chairs were the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed. The grill restaurant was pricy but fantastic food and service!! Nolita was great for lunch best pizza I ever had!! The gym was also amazing spacious, all new and lots of equipment! The Vallet and bell services were very efficient

There is no view of the beach from the hotel lobby, restaurants or pool. If you want an ocean view you have to choose an ocean view room. We had a partial view from our balcony but with the hotel being set a bit off the beach (there is a sort of march lands between the hotel and the beach) from the 12 floor it wasn’t enjoyable to sit on the balcony. There was also construction across the street on our side of the building.

Location, easy to get to the beach. Bed and Pillows were comfortable. Room was spacious with nice layout. Bathroom was also nice. Ocean view from our balcony was fantastic. Gumbo Limbo food was excellent. Hotel and grounds were visually beautiful. Beach towel, chairs, and umbrella were not an extra fee. The staff was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

There was a musky smell throughout the 4th floor and parts of the lobby. Best compared to a damp basement. The room next to us seems to have had a major plumbing or toilet issue, and it smelled bad every time we needed to get to our room or leave. Thankfully, it didn't smell in our room. $65.00 for 3 eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes, and coffee seemed excessive. This was the in room breakfast option. Sofra shrimp ceviche was just ok. Didn't like the obligated valet service.

The property re-opened two weeks back and is a beautiful setting. It is a beautiful property and the staff was very nice.

I paid full retail for a suite and was never told that two restaurants and the spa would not re-open until September. This is why I rated this so poor on value This is unacceptable for a Ritz. This is the most I have paid for a three night stay and got half of the amenities!!! Also, the front desk would never answer the phone when called. Another unacceptable characteristic for a Ritz.

Beautiful beach front

They forgot to charge our Tesla , as we requested we when arrived. We had asked them to charge the car when we arrived, but we didn’t notice until we left the next afternoon, it hadn’t been plugged in.

The staff was very nice. They took me to the room earlier than scheduled. Everything was great. There was nothing bad.

Everything. The food, the service, the ambiance everything was perfect too to bottom. Would recommend 12 out of 10 times.

The room smelled like paint …. It seemed new works happened and it had a strong smell of paint all night.
