- Superfast check-in. - Clean, comfortable room. - Good welcome amenities. - AC is good. - Water temperature and pressure are OK (at the shower). - Nearby shopping mall and grocery store (walking distance).

- Bathroom amenities (shampoo, gel, ..etc) are opened bottles (refilled), and obviously reused every time (Yuukk). Every bottle I opened I found it leaking out. - Shower drainage is very slow and annoying. - Light switches are confusing. - Pillows are not so comfortable but OK. - Vent fan in bathroom not working.

I loved my stay, the hotel over all has a very well equipped rooms with all the required facilities, the furniture also is very clean and the staff were accommodating and cooperative, overall great value for money and definitely recommend 👌

Internet hanging a lot you need to upgrade the speed and add more access points to cover the load volume

Mr. Mohammed at check in was extremely professional and courteous and welcoming, to everyone that was checking in, myself included. A good ambassador for the hotel. Great service levels and attentiveness from most of the staff

1. The hotel needs to pay more attention to detail in the room with respect to the cleanliness. 2. A new set of irons and ironing boards I believe is in order the current ones are mostly broken and/or obsolete. 3. The service and support staff uniforms are old and need uplifting. 4. The electric kettle in the room was old and slightly soiled.

First of all, the gentleman in the counter Mr. Abdullaziz when i arrived from a long journey he was so kind and helpful mashallah & tried his best to finish the chick in within minutes may god bless him, also Mr. Abdulrahman was so kind & helpful. the hotel cleanliness the smell of my blanket all was amazing. the hotel stuff were so hospitable.

the plug in the wall is an old plz change it. the parking is a bet busy at night be careful, but thanks to the parking area that next to Panda has helped alot.

The best night's sleep I've ever had! The mattress here is simply unbeatable, making comfort truly peak. I stayed at the Holiday Inn nearby on my last trip, but the rooms here at Park Inn are in a league of their own. Beyond the cozy room, the staff added to the experience—they’re genuinely welcoming and attentive. This place is a gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Location was excellent. Parking was easily available. Staff was professional and courteous. Room was clean and well kept. Excellent for short duration stay.

There was no refrigerator in the room. The staff said that refrigerators were only on the first and second floors, which apparently were quite old. Did not understand the logic though!

Overall it is a good hotel from location wise as well as their facilities.Staff is cooperative and helping. Would love to stay again in my next trip.

Iternet(wifi)service is very poor. They need to improve it.

Supervisor room for small extra was really nice. Kind service on reception. Nice, modern, clean room and super quiet.

Poor coffee machine on breakfast (instant coffee only). This kind of hotel should make coffee from beans.

The hotel is well accepted on the hand of its level but sometimes find times you find the one who make the difference. Thanks to Ms Habiba for her professionalism and smart acting for facilitating the accommodations.
