The room was clean and it was quiet throughout our stay. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful and had a very pleasant attitude!

The front desk individual when we first arrived after driving for 15 hours, was not very helpful or pleasant. I booked on hotels.com and was not aware of a company discount until I was booked. When I arrived, I informed him of the discount and he told me there was nothing he could do since I booked through a 3rd party. He didn't offer any options, solutions, and his attitude was non-apologetic. He was short and rude in his responses and lack of caring. Additionally, the breakfast was OK however the gravy for the biscuits had a brown top like it was dried out and the heat was turned too high as it was burning the underlying gravy.

A Wonderful Hotel with Warm Hospitality! We stayed at this beautiful hotel two years ago and deliberately chose to return — and once again, it did not disappoint. The breakfast, in particular, deserves special mention: it’s plentiful, thoughtfully prepared, and a great way to start the day. A true highlight is Lois, who takes care of the guests during breakfast with exceptional kindness and attention, making every morning feel special.

Good hot breakfast, various choices. Very clean. Good shower pressure. Friendly, helpful staff.

Wifi did not work in the room, only in the lobby in a certain spot. Pillows too soft, but bed was good.

From the staff at check in to checking out were absolutely excellent. The breakfast was good and we figure that saved us at least $30.

The TV in the living room space of our suite (room 204) did not have a working remote and did not have any service to it. The front desk clerk when we checked in was on her phone on a personal FaceTime call when we checked in and was not able to answer a couple questions we had at check in.

I like the breakfast omelets and waffles.

The lighting around the bathroom mirror could be brighter for applying makeup.

Staff and room were both good, except room didn't smell great.

The price was terrible for a week night in a town with nothing going on.

Lois was the best host, always attending to all we need. Best costumer service ever!

breakfast was wonderful. Fresh cooked and warm. scrambled eggs one day and cheese omelet the next and biscuits and gravy all tasted good. All staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice shower too.
