It does not say " Luxury Resort" for nothing. Everything is great, from the food, to facilities, to the staff. Everyone pays attention to details. The rooms are big and clean with everything you need: toiletries, towels (changed daily), beach bag, sunbeds on the terrace, full minibar, refilled every day. The food is great, very divers, even if you can to the closing of the restaurant you will find want you want: aperitives, main courses, grill every evening, salads, sweets, fruits. The facilities are great, lots of pools, entertainment for kids (the place is full of them, its very child friendly), lots of sunbeds which are changed everyday, towels as many as you wants, equipped gym, saunas, indoor pools and many more. Definitely one of top 3 stays in Antalya.

We liked everything. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is very tasty and there are lots of options. Employees are always smiling and helpful. We lost my daughter's swimming aid. I informed the reception the next day and a few hours later I got a message that it is found. I was surprised to see that they even have a database for lost and found. It was a good sign that everything is well organized in this hotel.

Ice cream quality could be better. Compared to the rest of the food, ice cream did not taste well.

Clean,hospitality on top…lot of nice food,Lobby bar Mr Hassan always asking “are we comfortable,do we need something?” Kids club is better than other hotels near…which is premium class..hot pools outside and pool with aqua park was amazing …

Sunbed on the pierce extra charge…next season pls don’t do that ..if uou are “luxurious concept “

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, modern, large complex but still giving an intimacy feeling, as compared to other huge hotels in the area. We loved everything, from the luxurious rooms to lush vegetation, variety of activities, bars and restaurants, delicious food (you can get absolutely everything you could wish for), quality drinks, nice pools and beach with fine sand and clean waters… not to mention the kindness of the staff. I will definitely come back to Calista, luxury at its finest!

Super family friendly resort specially for babies. Great attention to details from check in to checkout. You can spend 5 to 7 nights without getting out and you and you’re family wont get bored at all.

It will be much better to invest in the staff by teaching them english. They barely speak basic english. Specially frontline workers.

Cannot fault anything! What an incredible resort. Everything exceeded my expectations and our week was really special. Amazing cocktails, fantastic food options, comfortable rooms. We loved the 24/7 a la carte restaurant, Harmony which is included. Buffet was excellent too. And the Japanese restaurant that you need to pay a small surcharge for is totally worth it. Wonderfully kid friendly. So many things to do during the day. The pools are great and we enjoyed the beach too. The shows are really top class, not what you would expect at a resort. The DJs at the Charm beach bar were fantastic, we had a proper party!

Everything was great and neatly organized. We especially enjoyed the superb shows in the Amphiteatre and the Charme Club. We’d like to thank the Customer Relations manager Leven and team for their outstanding commitment, Aminat from the staff and Zehra, Lisa from the entertainment staff.

Some staff couldn’t speak English but we managed just fine.

Beautiful room, good selection of food. Most personnel very friendly. The waiter at the swimming pool moving around on skeelers is a fun addition

Dinner outside was a bit hampered by flies. Further, the hotel has its processes very well designed and follows them fully. The downside of this, comes when you fall out of the standards. In our case; my daughter got sick and stayed in the room. She wanted to eat some small things, but that was not possible. We could only choose from the roomservice menu. Which didn't have healthy stuff. Getting something from the main restaurant was not possible. Another thing I didn't like / understand: I had to pay extra for a sunbed that belonged to the hotel. No clue why that is, seeing it is an all inclusive, and not a cheap one.

Sun beds by the pool are amazing- equipped with memory foam mattresses. Once you lie down, you don't want to get up!
