Our Apt was at the back of the complex so was quiet and away from weekend revellers...it was well equipped, spacious and bright. Clear instruction displayed as to how equipment worked etc. Staff really friendly...thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A bit of info on where to put rubbish....recycling and food waste bins in apartment clearly marked but would have liked to empty food waste bin but didn't know where to put it. Minor issue for four nights but if there for a week might have been different.

Great location right in the centre of town. Very spacious apartment, but I have to say just a bit higgledy-piggledy with wobbly furniture and notices pasted to walls and lying on furniture. We asked for a few items for the kitchen when we arrived and in fairness we found the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Very clean but a bit dated and could do with sprucing up. Underground car parking is a real bonus here because it's on a busy street with pay for parking.

Shortage of hangers in the wobbly wardrobe and we had already asked for a few things so we just made do.

We thought the apartment was absolutely fine and had everything we needed. I think the provision of a soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower would be a very helpful addition

Car parking was a shambles. The underground "car park" was absolutely full. We double parked temporarily and found a lift up to Reception. But the lift required a code which we were never given. A barman from a nearby pub gave us the lift code!! At Reception we asked what to do if the car park was full. We were told to go up the road (?) to the fire station for parking. Couldn't find any fire station. Enough. It was a disaster. If you are coming by car - don't.

Perfect location, right in the centre of Carrick, with free parking. This apartment has everything that you need, is clean and has very comfortable beds.

Sinks in bathroom doesn’t drain properly and bathroom needs a refresh. Sink has a crack in it, the soap and toothbrush holders spin round and there is no towel rail besides the sink anymore. Cleanliness was spot on though.

The location was very central.. the apartment was perfect. It was incredibly spacious. We had everything that we could need there.

There was no access to the lift in the car park because we didn't have an access code until we checked in. In this case, there should have been an intercom system to allow access or to give the code so we could comfortably load up our luggage. Instead, we were walking around looking for the access route and had to haul our luggage up stairs.

Location was great, clean, beds were comfy, and had a lovely time. We stayed in Carrick because we rented a self skippered boat at LeBoat. We walked to the boat from your location.

We could not figure out the hot water. I think a note on the wall explaining to jerk the cord attached to ceiling. In American bathrooms, sometimes there are alert pull cords that are installed the same way as yours for medical alerts so I wasn't sure I wanted to pull the cord.

The property is very well located. There are several restaurants, pharmacies, a market, and parks around. Everything is very clean, organized, spacious, and as a bonus is pet-friendly.

On weekends it can be a bit noisy around the area, as there are many pubs nearby with loud music. The doors in the hallways make noise, and in the middle of the night, you can hear people coming and going.

Staff were really friendly at the reception and it is in a really good location in the town. Easy to drive to and park in and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and warm and had everything we needed for a few nights.

Given that it seems to be quite popular for groups it is showing some signs of wear and tear and a bit tired in places within the apartment. But nothing that would put me off staying again.

It is quite near everything. The apartment was clean and spacious. Very accommodating to all group sizes. Parking was a great option to have. We were only down for 1 night but we said we'd definitely stay there again. If we were down for longer, it's good that there was a fridge/freezer, oven and microwave in case you didn't want to go out every night, we could have something in the apartment.

I like the fact that you can come and go as you pleased with no one entering the apartment whilst we were out. It was a quite time of year so nice and peaceful It felt safe and secure, lovely kitchen area, comfortable beds and nice size bathroom.

Not much at all, a bit outdated and not enough plugs by mirror in bedroom but otherwise very good!!
