The food was incredible. You could tell they source from farmers that are local. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and charming. I got a new sport to get lost into. The room was gorgeous, it felt spacious, the room was clean and the staff kept it in top shape. O never had a want of towels, or anything. They were lovely.

Uh well. It was the best hotel I stayed at during my stay in Ireland so if I had to nitpick and choose something. I think the Baked Alaska was different than I expected? I didn’t know what it was when I ordered it so it’s not the staffs fault.

Breakfast was wonderful. Evening meals good too. We were amused at all the different local meetings and events going on, without it ever feeling too busy. Seems to be the heart of the community, good craik. Traditional friendly family run hotel, very good value for money. Bed comfortable and warm.

Bed was comfortable but we would have liked it to be bigger.

Conveniently situated off the main road with plenty of parking. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The restaurant food was good and provided a very good breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly.

Would have preferred a walk in shower rather than shower over bath.

The room was perfect clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the service was excellent. The hotel was really a good value and made our stay in Roscommon a very pleasant experience.

Nice breakfast and evening meal, although a bit inconsistant in the service. Room large for our needs. Staff helpfull and polite.

Room servicing poor, bins not emptied for days at a time, tea / coffee / milk replacements not re-stocked daily, no spare toilet roll left in the bathroom and one day not replaced at all and had to get from reception. Slow in restocking breakfast bar on some days. Decor a bit dated and needs updating. Bed only made up once during our seven night stay. Needs more lighting as the room dark in one area where the desk was located. Only one disabled parking bay in the carpark. Was an event going on one evening and could hear it on the second floor and went on till 11.00 p.m.

It was recommended to us by a friend. It was a family run hotel where the lady owner who I guess was a very mature lady who still maintained a high standard which was very evident to see. It was clean and had very comfortable beds. The standard of the breakfast served was of a high standard where only high quality produce was used. Freshly ground coffee was definitely very welcomed by me and my wife. Staff were very friendly and sociable. It was value for money and would I stay there again, definitely yes.

My wife has mobility difficulties and a walk in shower would have being welcome but it is a hotel design of yesterday and I suppose some modern changes would be recommended

Unfortunately breakfast wasn't served until 7:30 a.m. and I needed to leave before 7 a.m. so I didn't get to have breakfast. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was good. The furniture in the room- dest and wardrobe could do with getting re-painted. The bed was very comfortable and the decore modern. Lots of hot water and the room was nice and warm.

Breakfast to be served a little earlier would have been nice. The man at the check in desk did say the night porter could bet me a contenantal breaksafe and make me a cup of coffee but I declined as I was pressed for time.

The receptionist was so welcoming ,super friendly and very informative.

There was no taxis available due to it being so busy in town but the receptionist organised lifts for us which was Super sweet we felt as not alot hotel would provide that type of service for their guests.

We were there for a party and had a fab time. The staff were brilliant and so friendly. We had dinner in the bar before the party and the food was amazing and portions were huge. The breakfast was fresh and really good. We were so impressed with it.

The bedroom was dated and needs some TLC, but the bed was very comfy. The cleaning needs a little more attention to detail, this did not bother us as we hardly spent any time in the room.
