Food was superb, Room was amazing though could do with a little revamp and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bar was so cosy - I loved the fires and the view so much. I loved the overall experience and would definitely go back again.

The hot tub wasn't very hot and neither was the room that we waited in beforehand which is why we didnt go into it after the hot tub. It was also a shame that the pool had to be paid for in order to use the facility. I realise that the pool is small so I understand the reasoning behind this decision but it was disappointing. The staff in both the spa and at the hot tub were really lovely though. Andrew was a lovely lad - very friendly and chatty.

All the staff were amazingly friendly. The food was nice in the restaurant and the setting on the lake is stunning. Breakfast in the room at no additional charge is a really great touch.

The room was quite noisy- we could hear the guests in the room next to us talking clearly and their TV on, we could also hear a lot of noise from the bar & staff downstairs (sounded like dragging chairs along the floor for a couple of hours) Maybe we got unlucky with the particular room we were in but it did disrupt the peaceful experience several times throughout our stay.

The location is stunning. The staff are really friendly. Food was lovely. Welcome drink on arrival and snacks in the room. Lovely relaxed feel in the hotel. Wine options fantastic. Jacuzzi was lovely experience.

We booked the jacuzzi and plunge pool both for 25e each. You only get 30 minutes in each. That was okay for the jacuzzi but for the plunge pool you definitely need more time. We were asked to leave the plunge pool after 30 minutes. I've never been timed before in a thermal suite and 30 minutes including relaxation area is just not enough time. If charging should be at least 1 hour. The lunch menu is very pricing.

Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed it very much. The setting the Hotel is situated on is beautiful and the makes for a lovely spot to sit and relax with a drink or two. The bed was super comfortable, I had a great sleep. The staff are all so friendly and extremely welcoming.

The room was a little small, not much room around the bed when 2 people getting ready / changed etc. The quality of dinner was not quite as high as I had expected for the price.

Absolutely stunning stay in the wineport lodge, we've already booked our summer night and are really looking forward to it. We loved everything from the glass of bubbles with friendly warm welcome on arrival, to every staff member we met who couldn't have been more helpful and overall just so welcoming. The food was amazing, dinner the night before was exceptional, but breakfast was the final joy the next morning 💯

Nothing Couldn't fault any of it

The breakfast was generally very good, except for the last morning, my pancakes had no fruit, or honey jar, just a sprinkle around it. My husband's eggs benedict were not very warm. The snacks at arrival especially the crisps are more suitable for children, and 1 cookie between 2 people which we shared!!

The fly situation caused us to be unable to open door and enjoy sitting in the balcony.

We have been to WL many, many times and it remains our firm favourite. The welcome, the staff, the decor, the atmosphere, the food.

Nothing! One tiny thing is that we ordered two desserts (crème brûlée) between the four of us and received two rhubarb crumbles! They looked and were indeed delicious so we said nothing. Likewise we ordered two Coors Lights (having discussed carbonation/calories with our waitress) and received two Coors. Again, a tiny thing but that’s all!

The Staff were so friendly and professional, the welcome we received was the best ever. So helpful with our luggage and escorting us to our room, enquiring if we had everything we needed. The friendly welcome continued while we were there. So, we promised ourselves we would return to this venue, and also tell our family and friends how wonderful the venue is.

Everything!!! Felt so relaxed as soon as we checked in at reception. Had a laugh with the girl at reception and the owner. Staff made sure everything was ok, and we felt the welcome moment we said hi to goodbye. Highly recommend! The food is excellent the rooms are exceptional. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a break away.

There's no need to have this question because everything was perfect

This was the most relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay we have had in years. There were so many thoughtful touches such as a birthday card in the room, treats in the room, a welcome drink and bottles of water for the journey home. This place is exceptional and doesn't try to take every opportunity to charge you extra, room service for breakfast has no charge! Such welcoming and friendly staff. I've already booked again for my husband's birthday.
