This hotel exudes timeless, modern, chic class. A mixture of extensive old world restaurant bar area, with a luxurious botique hotel. Attention to detail, both in the decor & in the layout of dining area. Bed was new & slumber comfortable. Delightful small balcony with Shannon view. Chef is talented. Produce all home made from granola, scones, brown bread. Very tasty breakfast and dinner. Agneska - breakfast delight. Bar staff attentive. Even made cocktail on order and not on menu. Owners are personable, interactive, warm & genuine. A definate return. Although slightly above on cost scale, worth it. You get what u pay for. Bike friendly for Greenway travel.

A great location a very nice town. I’ll definitely visit it again. Just all very nice comfortable situation. I cannot say enough good about it. The food was excellent. The room was exceptionally clean. Everything I needed. Everyone was very helpful to me. I’ve traveled in Ireland a good few times but this place was exceptionally very good. Everything was great there was nothing to dislike not one thing to dislike about this property again that one thing at all

The food at dinner was delicious. The brown bread was the best tasting that I ate in Ireland. The bed was very comfortable. The wait staff were very friendly. The hotel restaurant was beautifully and comfortably decorated, would be perfect for either large or small parties.

The hotel is near the road so the road noise is present. There is no ventilation except for the window that allows road noise to come into the room. Overhead fans could solve the ventilation and noise problem.

Fabulous stay absolutely amazing decor and every member of staff extremely friendly helpful top quality on everything and food and service. Our breakfast was delicious and the lovely lady with blonde hair really looked after us making sure we had everything and constantly topping up our coffee ☕☕😍🙏❤️🙌 Will definitely be back we loved it here thank you all so much ☺️😁🙏❤️

Nothing everything was this perfect our reception when we arrived our gorgeous bedroom and fabulous dinning. The bar is gorgeous excellent staff throughout 👏👍👌💯💯

Breakfast was great, specially cooked to our wishes. Staff were lovely in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. Really helpful and courteous. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lovely bed-linen. Our room overlooked Termonbarry bridge with a balcony as requested so we were able to watch boats passing under it. Great activity on the Shannon. Lovely walks along the banks of the shannon too. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Everything perfect.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating especially at meals. The location is lovely, right next to the Shannon with lovely strolls around the hotel.

It was very noisy between the road traffic and the bar. The beds were very hard too so no one slept well-either because of noise or discomfort or both.

Staff were really helpful, especially the staff at breakfast. I am sorry I did not ask the lady for her name to me too it here, but she simply could not do enough for us! Breakfast was sensational!! Rooms are quiet enough too, although on the main road, is was quiet enough once the terrace door was closed.

Coffee machine did not work. Shelves in bathroom were not cleaned. Chairs on terrace were not cleaned either and we wanted to sit out as the weather was good...

Staff were very accommodating,The food served in the evening was excellent.

The property which is only approx 25 metres from the river Shannon has a bridge practically next to the front entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately the bridge has 2 sets of barriers, And when any large vehicle passed the barriers would rattle loudly.The insulation really could do with upgrading, I had a very restless sleep. I think the main road which pass's is the N5 which is quite constant.(Room 5).

The hotel was pretty much perfect in every aspect for me. The room was spotless and very well appointed with a lovely view of the river. The breakfast was really lovely and freshly cooked to order. The bar and dining was really first class. All of the staff were lovely and extremely helpful.

I really can't think of anything I'd change.

Great location close to the Shannon river and Royal Canal Way. Excellent food especially the dinner. Also the hotel has a safe place to store bicycles.

We had booked a twin room, but when we arrived we were given a double. However, after a short wait we were allocated 2 double rooms at no extra cost.
