Outstanding staff they were so helpful and made me feel so welcome. Breakfast in the morning is excellent, the server is wonderful and is very friendly, professional and efficient. A breakfast bar and made to order full Irish breakfast or other menu items. All good and very clean facility.

Cryans is a very homely place to stay. We're regular visitors and keep going back for the wonderful hospitality, good food and relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect in beautiful Carrick on Shannon. The staff have been so helpful over the years. Thank you 😊

Breakfast was amazing and waitress who served us was amazing.

Reception on entry needed a little more customer service on arrival and one was busy on her mobile and all chatting to each other and not with customer on arrival. Room needs just a little bit of TLC example ripped lamp shades etc...

The hotel is convenient to all the bars and restaurants, was here for a stag night. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent and so was the service staff couldn't be any nicer would definitely stay again.

Great location with car parking. Our triple room with ensuite was very comfortable and had everything provided as advertised. All staff at Cryans were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with excellent customer service.

Location was perfect for our stay. Staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptional. Fresh cooked breakfast from your choice on the menu. Fabulous power shower in the room. Couldn't fault a thing.

We had some initial problems with the wifi. The cups and spoons were for 2 people but we had a three person bedroom
