We stayed at the Holiday Inn Murfreesboro this past weekend when traveling to Tennesse to drop pur daughter of at college. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel its self exceeded my expections and my children had a great time in their outdoor pool. In the morning, we waited for our food bill and the lovely lady working the breakfast told us the hotel had covered it--I had booked a room without breakfast included. We will definatly stay at this hotel on future trips to Murfreesboro.

The property was very clean and convenient to everything but, it’s in a horrible spot to pull out of to get to main rd.

I paid for my stay threw booking.com and got the receipt left on my door showing where everything was paid and after I check out of property I get a phone call saying I wasn’t charged and needed to pay the property not to mention a 20.00 damage fee was held on my card and was told it would go right back to my card after checking out and I have yet to see that returned!! The property is nice, room was great but, obviously staff needs to communicate better

We were glad they had a bar with a limited menu. Shortly after we arrived we were looking for some place to eat dinner and it started to pour down rain! We got pizza from the bar which was pretty good after a long day of traveling.

Clean. Smelled good. Room comfortable and the staff were polite, professional and welcoming.

Required a card for the breakfast and handed a receipt for the continental breakfast. I haven't experienced this before.

The breakfast was average for it to be advertised as a full breakfast. Breakfast hours should be expanded at least to 10:00am.

Efficient check in, friendly staff, comfortable, spacious room, very clean, quiet and best breakfast we've had at a hotel in a long time. They had a variety and the food was hot (not cold or lukewarm like many places).

The Front Desk person on June 7, 2023, was very polite and professional. All the staff went out of them to make like family or at home. They were excellent; thank you to them.

But there is always less than one bad apple. Front Desk person at 5 pm on June 8, outside smoking, and she was talking on her phone cell, not friendly; the phone inside was ringing off the hook.

For the price you pay breakfast should be free for all guests!

Breakfast wasn't free to all guests the price to pay for breakfast is ridiculous and not even that great could get a better breakfast at Denny's cheaper and much better.

Nice place. Close to everything! Older Lady at check in was kind.

Bed was hard. Oriental lady at desk was rude! Definitely needs some kindness applied. Others said same in lobby.

Good location close to Nashville. Second stay (first in April 2022 and this week). Most important thing is the cleanliness of the room. The bartender made some great martinis.

The breakfast regular coffee wasn’t the strongest. Not sure if the decaf was accidentally put in its place.
