Very easy to find the unit. The numbering is odd, but the directions provided explained that and gave us information to find it easily. Using the key code was also easy. The location was great and it was very easy to catch the shuttle over to the Village plaza or up to Blackcomb. Very close to the grocery and beer and wine shop. Having our own hot tub on the back deck was terrific and access to the shared pool and hot tub was a nice second option. Unit was clean and overall very comfortable.
Unit is heated by a large space heater. We couldn't quite work out whether it should stay on or how the heating worked with the gas fireplace. It was fine, but we were a bit concerned. It would be nice if the unit information book provided some instructions or information about that.

Great place to stay in Whistler Village! I'm so happy that I discovered this place, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The apartment is roomy, clean and very well maintained. We had some question about Whistler, so we called the host on the phone, and he was really helpful and friendly. I appreciated how much thought was put into this place. The kitchen is fully equipped, much better than you expect from an average vacation rental. The apartment also includes a ski / snowboard rack at the entrance and a machine for drying ski boots. Location is pretty good, it's a short walk away from the center of the Whistler Village. There are several cafes, a supermarket, and some ski equipment stores literally two minutes away. Highly recommended!
A little far from ski lifts (but a free shuttle stops right across the road, so it wasn't a problem).

Clean , good upkeep and stocked with condiments & seasonings . Trevor responded quickly via the app and his cell phone . Didn’t need a thing and we want to book this unit again . Hot tub worked well and we enjoyed it a lot . Lots of spare bedding and supplies . For Whistler , very good value and lots of usable space . Nice simple closets for clothes , complete with solid wooden hangers. Furniture was also in great condition and quite modern - tan chair became a favorite of ours :)

Communication from hosts prior to arrival was excellent. The property was as described and had everything we needed. It is very close to the village site and there are some fabulous walking trails very close by.
A very minor gripe that is nothing to do with the accommodation but more to do with the navigation of the complex. It's a great complex with lots of apartments on it which became easier to navigate around by the day but it was difficult to find our apartment quickly when we got there due to the numbering system on the complex, and the layout of it. We'd arrived at the bus station in Whistler in a very heavy rainy downpour, so we were quite wet and cold by the time we got into the house.

Hot tub was great! We enjoyed it a lot . The lodge is a walking distance to whistler village.it is quiet place. It's was nice that it has a kitchen to cook for my family & friends .The townhouse is just perfect for the 5 of us.
There was a musty smell when we first went in.We had to open the door & the air-condition to ventilate & circulate the air inside the house.The living room was warm so we kept the bedroom doors open to let cool air out to circulate. The sofa pull out bed we didn't use because when we pulled it out there is no fitted sheet cover .It has a partial loose cover but it doesn't looked clean.So on our first night all 3 slept in the queen bed. The following night we just cover it with the blanket without pulling the bed out. Everything else were fine

Loved loved loved the location! This made it very easy for us on our first visit to the area, to navigate and access all we wanted to see with ease. Being able to end the day with time in the hot tub was really lovely. We also enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves with good kitchen amenities and the laundry facilities allowed us to launder clothes. Our host Trevor was very responsive to email requests during business hours.
We would have preferred to know about the steep staircase from the front door up to the living area, as part of choosing a room type when booking, as we are international travellers with heavy luggage.

large with basically 2 real bedrooms + kitchen and living room, fully stocked kitchen, location right across from shopping center (3-4 minutes walk). pool and hot tub hour up to 10:00 PM. Parking very close to house (under ground).
sleeping 6 not as comfortable as expected, sofa beds not very comfortable, the master bedroom with double bed, second room can sleep 3 (double bed + above it a single), but 6th person will be less happy

From 2024 Dec.30-2025 Jan.4, my family have stayed 5 nights in #30 glaciers reach and have a wonderful time there. First the home is in a great location, near a market and restaurants, makes live very convenient;also from the gondola in walking distance. The home is very clean and in good shape, especially carpet and shower are new, this make living comfortable. Trevor is kind and helpful host, always quick response for any questions.

GREAT VALUE!! I liked the hot tub, location...everything. Good kitchen for cooking, best walk score possible 10/10
My fireplace was broken and the heater didn't seem to work at all, it was chilly at night but no big deal. Beds were comfy. It was quiet. The only change I would make next time is find a sunny room. That said, I would stay in the same exact place again because I liked to be on ground level.

Unit was very comfy and cozy, lovely comfortable furniture, and kitchen was well appointed. Spa on verandah was an absolute winner, even in the cold! Our host, Trevor, was very accommodating and helpful. We reported a broken door handle and he arrange for immediate fix. He also let us check in early which was much appreciated.
We couldn't work out how to get the heater on in the main bedroom.
