Nice property, friendly welcome and check-in, very clean room, very nice bed. The room was on the small side but that didn't matter, it was very cozy. The location, while maybe not in the heart of it all, was fine. It was a very nice walk to the center and it was just a few minutes walk to the stop for the #30 bus to the airport.

I was given a connecting room. The first couple nights were fine (noise could be heard somewhat from other guests through the wall though, but not the connecting door). The second evening, however, there was a very loud guy next door and the connecting door offered poor sound insulation. After over an hour of his loud conversation I went to the front desk to see if I could change rooms. They told me that I was unable to change as they were fully booked. I then checked the Booking app and it offered a room that night at this hotel. Tried for two rooms, again rooms were available. So either the clerk was mistaken or I was simply lied to. There's no electric kettle in the room.

We stayed for two nights and were looking for something not far from the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff’s attitude and the cleanliness of the rooms — we didn’t expect such a great experience for this price. We highly recommend this place, we really liked everything. Special thanks to the receptionists for being so helpful — all the staff were friendly and welcoming. That’s quite rare. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Chisinau.

The room was spacious and nicely renovated, particularly the bathroom, love it. The reception was exceptional. They give good local restaurants recommendations and offer great help. Thanks Olga in particular when I forgot my checkout date, she packed everything carefully for me and tried much to support me by calling me multiple times to find a solution. Will definitely come back! The gym was also useful for me.

A bit noisy but I have my earplugs.

The room was big and well heated (we stayed in winter). Location is also great. City downtown with a shopping mall nearby. For tourists on a budget, who'd prefer to take a bus to the airport, it's a great option since the bus stop is 5 min walk from the hotel. Overall, good value for money we paid.

We arrived before check-in time (we had informed the hotel about that prior to arrival) and even though our room was ready, we had to pay 5 euros for early check-in. It ain't much but still was kinda weird. The alternative was to wait till 15:00, which wouldn't be a convenient option for us.

The location is almost in the center and there is a bus stop nearby. Though the room is not very big, it is nice with a comfortable bed and mirrored wardrobe. The bathroom is pretty good. Everything is perfectly clean. I liked the shower essentials. In general, the staff is friendly. Especially, the girl on the reception, who offered us an umbrella as it was pouring heavily, and she helped with more hangers.

One thing that really disappointed was that you cannot pay with a credit card, only by cash. And it is not mentioned while you are booking. I was not going to spend my cash on it. The road nearby is busy so it can be noisy if you keep the window open.

Nice and modern rooms, good location (15 minutes by foot from the city center) and friendly staff! The price is really good compared to other 4 stars hotels of the city

I could hear noise from the street and from the reception (my room was on the ground floor) No breakfast is a pity for a hotel of that standing, it would be good to have at least something else than potato chips at the bar!

First off, the hotel features an excellent location. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, affordable cafes, grocery stores, and it's right at the start of the central streets. The rooms use digital keys, which I believe are safer than traditional ones. The beds and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable.

However, the room was marked as 'laptop-friendly', but the desk was disappointing. The desk was too shallow for comfortable work, and its glass top made it uncomfortable to rest my arms on. The room was generally clean, but I noticed some stains on the curtains and carpet that looked like dried sperm.

The young reception staff were so professional and helpful. Their English was excellent. They helped with taxis, bus reservations and printing out documents. The reception area is lovely and a pleasure to come back to each day. The location was great with an easy 15-20min walk to the centre. Our spacious room was an upgrade and had a good sized bathroom. It was a corner room so had lots of windows and light but with good blackout curtains.

It just looked a bit tired for a 4 star hotel. In the corridors the carpet needs a refresh as stained. In our bathroom a knob came off the towel rail and there were a couple of miscellaneous screws sticking out of the wall.The towels were threadbare and one had holes.

The location was excellent. The place is charming. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. It is indeed a quiet place. At the time of my stay, breakfast was not served.

Although within 5 min walking distance, there are nice places where one could get breakfast to any taste, I would prefer to have an option of breakfast at the hotel.

Clean, comfortable hotel. The rooms are not that big if you go for a regular one, but there's enough space for everything you could need. The reception staff was very kind, responsive, and helpful.

The street noise is quite loud, even with the windows closed.
