Very nice hotel taking its job seriously. Quality and well decorated rooms, very good breakfast.

The hotel is advertised as being next to the beach, however, for those who are not familiar with the Italian way, you should know that beaches are completely privatised in the country. That means there is really no beach next door if you don't pay a handsome amount of money (in this case 50 or so Euros) for umbrella and chairs. It seemed the hotel had some lounges reserved for their clients (so as a part of their service) but not for everybody. We were told that they are all 'occupied' which seems strange. This means the hotel gives a service to some clients but not to others. Felt wrong.

Fantastic breakfast, nice service, great location right at the sea. Very convenient car parking.

I did not know, that I had to pay for the parking extra. It would be good to find out in advance, when booking the room. There was a mosquito, that did not sleep us at night. It would be great to have an effective protection, e.g. on the window. So that we can leave the window open for the night. Even though it was end of October we stayed here, mosquitos were around.

Beautiful Exterieur and Interieur appearance. The rooms are very well equipped and the housemaids do a fantastic job every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful with planing activities and any other questions. Every morning you get a heartwarming greeting from the restaurant team and the breakfast in the garden will let your holiday dreams come true.

Our room was not in the main building and WIFI did not work. It was announced in the ad (free wifi) so that was disappointing. If this is something you don’t want to miss ask for a room in the main house. Also, due to last minute booking, no hotel beach chairs available anymore 😕

Excellent location and nice Austrian style architecture, including high ceiling and spacious rooms.

The WIFI is a bit weak, and the connection breaks down quite often.

The hotel location is excellent as was breakfast. The staff were were very nice and always helpful. Parking on site is a nice bonus.

You have to book and pay for a place on the beach which is right in front of the hotel, would personally pick a hotel with a pool in future. The rooms were clean but somewhat dated.

Parking between the houses is good, but wouldn't it be great to use the park not for cars, but for humans instead?

It is a lovely place in a wonderful location, and a fitting end to a week-long tour in northern Italy. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea.

Location is great, the property has distinct 18-th century vibes close to my heart. Really enjoyed our stay there. Restaurant is great.

Driving there sort of takes you through pedestrian zones, but parking on site was great.
