the room rates are very friendly and perfect for groups. we appreciated the balconies and the view they afforded. the bellhop is a very cheerful and helpful fellow, lending warmth and cheer to the general vibe of the place. he would actually be an asset at the reception desk.

the shower could do with an enclosure of sorts to keep the floor dry. the breakfast, altho generous, needs a bit of improvement to actually feel like breakfast rather than lunch. the reception staff also need to be a bit more friendly and somehow polish their communication skills and command of english.

The amenities were all high quality, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location (almost) perfect. I was especially pleased with the spaciousness of the room and bathroom, and the stunning view from the balcony!

I didn't know before traveling to Da Nang that there are two major areas - downtown (west of Han River) and beachfront (east of Han River). While downtown (the location of Lamanga Hotel) used to be the tourist heart of Da Nang, in recent years more focus has been placed on building up the east bank of the river. More of the things I was interested in (restaurants, sights, etc) were located to the east, and it was a bit of a commute from Lamanga Hotel. But it all depends on your travel preferences! In terms of downtown attractions (many restaurants and cafes, Han Market, etc) the hotel is well situated.

The hotel was quite new, so everything was very clean. The amenities in our room were very nice (nice fridge, Tv, good shower, fresh linens and a comfy bed). The hotel was very quiet and was close to a few restaurants and cafes. The breakfast buffet on the 12th floor had an assortment of food (noodles, stew, toast, pastries, eggs, etc). It was located next to the pool, but since it was raining, no one was able to swim. Lovely views and very accommodating staff!

I will admit I was surprised at the size of our room. The pictures obviously made the room look a bit bigger. However, our room was still a good size. As for location, it was a bit further away from the Dragon Bridge, so we could not walk much (that and it was raining), but was only a few minutes by taxi. Also, if they can put a small shelf in the shower, it would help!

This was one of the best stays we had in Vietnam! The room was absolutely perfect, especially with the stunning view—it truly exceeded our expectations. We only stayed for one night, but we genuinely wish we had booked for two. The location is ideal, right in the city center, making everything easily accessible. Great value for money and a memorable experience overall. Highly recommended!

The facilities, the price, the view, the size of the room, everything was wonderful. This is such an underrated property in Da Nang. You're offered so much value for your money. The location is not the prime since it's a bit off from the city center. But it's compensated by a spectacular view. You can enjoy the dragon fire show and the fireworks in Downtown Da Nang free!

Buffet can improve. Not much western cuisine. But manageable

I have no words to describe the property. It's the most luxurious place I have ever set foot to. Automatic bathrooms, great views and the best tech included room, this is the best place to have the view of the Da Nang city. The rooms are too good and so is the staff. They were patient and helped us a lot for all the queries we had. Must recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang as the hotel is close to airport and the popular attractions in Da Nang.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional except may be quality of breakfast- no variety at all ,not much of fruits,especially for vegetarians. Location,size of room,smart TV,views from the room - everything was very good.Overall very good value for money.

The hotel is just so very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and very lovely. Even the views of Han river is interesting. You get a good amount of breakfast. Sit beside the swimming pool on terrace to enjoy the breeze while having breakfast in the morning. Also you can relax in the pool from morning 9 till evening 9. Tuon (sales manager) is very helpful. Also, the staff at the desk are hospitable and assist quite well. Thanks to BA to coordinate all my visits very well.

Nothing much to say. However, vegans have limited options for breakfast.
