On the positive side, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. It had everything we needed: good kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, nice bedrooms, and a well-appointed bathroom.

However, the cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. The floors were unclean, the sofa and carpets were dirty, and the balcony was in poor condition. We arrived on January 2nd, right after New Year’s celebrations, and it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. There was a strong smell of spoiled food, sparklers and ashes were left on the balcony, and we found trash on the carpet and a dirty floor. This was especially disappointing because we were traveling with our one-year-old child, and cleanliness is critical when you have a baby. While the apartment itself was nice, the lack of proper cleaning overshadowed our experience. We hope the management takes steps to ensure better preparation of the apartments for future guests.

Nicely furnished and cosy brand new studio apartment. All materials and facilities were of high quality and everything was very clean. Located on a small street in old town with just a very short walking distance to city center. Several tram lines stop nearby (Neuer Markt) for travel to other parts of the city. Comfortable bed with two blankets. Good curtains to make the room dark even at daytime. Convenient garage for keeping a car (paid separately). The smallest apartment size "Smart Apartment" was adequate for two people for two nights' stay but would have felt a bit cramped for longer stay and thus I would recommend choosing "Medium" or "Large" apartment in that case.

Air conditioning would have been beneficial as the room was a bit warm during summer weather. Some noise and occasional cigarette smell from the street outside when keeping the window open (however when keeping the window closed there was no noise as the window has good insulation).

The room is really big and clean, and has almost everything you might need. A parking lot is available and the staff is very helpful. The location is superb, around 1 min walking from the city center and all city sights. The nice floor heating is something you would really appreciate during winter season :)

The floor in the shower is kind of a little crooked and water creeps over the whole bathroom floor. We also didn’t have a corkscrew among cutlery to open a wine bottle.

Two minutes from market square and the main shopping street. Top floor with views over town and a lift. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen and large bath.

Minor but I wish the large bed was not so close to the roof slant and had normal size night stands in the otherwise decent sized bedroom. Kitchen is well appointed but missing a cutting board.

Staff were eager to assist with any queries we had, rooms were modern, spacious and spotless, location to old town, new town and waterside was all an easy walk, they provide a reasonable priced laundry service

Tastefully decorated, very well- equiped appartment with large Television plus cable, radio, little balcony, superb hairdryer, honesty bar in reception and ample parking. Reception staff were efficient and helpful.

Very comfortable apartment with a small balcony. Equipped with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and everything you would need for a great stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

I wish they offered shampoo and conditioner (none available in the room), but in all honestly everything else was just perfect.

Didn’t realise that the drink provided wasn’t free until after we’d drunk some of it! Maybe mention this at check in/have a sign in the fridge. Builders working outside were very noisy and meant we couldn’t used our balcony.

A stylish building with a fresh and chic vibe, еxcellent location, just a few meters from the city center and public transport. Perfect service,, a very quiet apartment, clean and nicely decorated.

The staff were very friendly. The location was very good.

It would be better if there was a microwave.
