Easy to find with easy parking under the hotel. Lift access to both reception and rooms from the car park. Excellent location for the old town, right on the edge of the pedestrian centre. Spacious, well equipped room with a good bathroom and a fantastic shower. Probably the best breakfast we have had anywhere. We arrived at breakfast at about 8 am but noticed that it got busy later. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could not fault the hotel in any respect.

Well, it's a Radisson. And the price is good (for Rostock).

They were extremely strict with the check-in conditions —we indeed could not enter our room before 15:00 hours, which honestly seems abusive all things considered (check-out at 12:00). Even if it's the general rule in Germany, this is the first time during our trip it has been actually enforced. Also, they ask you for a 50 € security deposit. Yes, the room was payed yet they needed a 50 € security deposit. Not even the whole mini-bar amounts to 50 €. So, also a first and not a clear explanation as to why the amount should be that high.

Great location in the city center. The hotel was refurbished not a long time ago, so the rooms are clean and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I was upgraded to a room with harbour view and enjoyed amazing sunsets. It can get a bit noisy outside with trams and cars and, occasionally, loud people, but if you close the windows and turn on the air conditioner, it very quiet.

Everything was great. Maybe, the only thing I would ask for is bath robes and slippers in rooms. Every time I come to this hotel, I have to ask for them at the reception instead of just having it in my room already.

We loved everything about this hotel! Our room was wonderful, breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with public transportation right outside the front door. We were impressed that a public transportation pass was included with our room. We highly recommend this classy hotel!

Everything relevant for us during our stay.

Ownership changed only 2 days before our arrival. We stayed at this hotel before and liked it. Nothing seemed to have changed in those 2 days. I hope the new owners keep the Radisson standard. The change in ownership was not communicated which we found a bit irritating. For instance, looking for the hotel on google maps for navigation yielded 'permanently closed'.

I liked the breakfast very much which to me was exceptional. The restaurant was also extremely good. I took only pasta; both were original recipes I would like to try at home. There was only one pb (see next)

I wanted to invite some friends before leaving the city to celebrate my visit (two were university professors, and one Ph.D. student, so no issue would ever come from them). I called by phone to make the reservation but I was told that it was not possible because the menu had changed and that for December contrary to November, there was no menu, only buffet. I did not dig it as it looked like an excuse, but either way, it does not look good. The hotel is pretty central but not completely. It is 1km from the real center of the city.

Loved the room and the comfort. Ate in teh restaurant and drank in the rooftop bar- all very good standrad and excellent service

Would have like bathrobes in the room- we thought about going to the spa area but due to lack of bathrobes we decided not to

We stayed here for three nights to relax before making the final leg home. And relaxed we did. (This is a perfect place for that) Awesome breakfast. Great restaurant and bar. (Not forgetting the nice staff) Add to that a decently large garage, all located in the center of Rostock. This was neither the first nor the last time we were here.

Location in the city center is perfect. 5 min. walk to the harbor also. New very modern hotel. Fitness center and spa. Nice room with a view to the sea. The breakfast is fantastic.

The lunch and evening restaurant KAI40 is really ordinary and is far away from the very nice breakfast level. We did have to meals there, and both of them was under average.

EVERYTHING - this hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in and for one of the best room rates. The suites that look over the harbor are breathtaking. Its very updated and rooms are a good size. The facilities and common spaces were all perfect, the bar, lobby, fitness, and breakfast room were all impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and I would recommend to anyone to go out of their way to stay at this hotel! The location is also unbeatable
