It was well kept, the staff was very attentive and friendly and the value for the extra touches were amazing. I’ve traveled a lot in the past two years between Florida and Kentucky while relocating and staying at a Marriott hotel by far surpasses any other. The staff-from the GM to the kind woman at the breakfast bar-were all so kind. We stayed for almost a week during a stressful time; the kindness of the staff was A plus!

Found Bed Comforter turn bottom up on bed tags at top where face is so untucked it to turn it around and there was Blood on it! Nasty. Had to ask house cleaning lady for a new one. 1 Roll of Tp in room ran out asked a house cleaner in the hallway for 1 roll she looked at her room list and said that’s not mine and did not give one. Really! Finally saw another lady and she was very nice and said no problem and went and got me one. Come morning doors slamming up and down hall pretty loud. Found 2 Roaches also in the room.

I'm a local who needed to stay here due to a home repair need. The location is only 4 miles from my home and it's within walking distance to a few restaurants and fast food places.

I did not appreciate that the televisions were pre-programmed to always turn on the Fox channel and only 1 remote for 2 televisions.

Sadly, I missed the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that But. . My stay was delightful. The staff was exceedingly friendly, efficient & helpful. The room was immaculate, well-appointed & spacious. This was an exceptional stay!

I didn’t like that I missed breakfast, but that was no one’s fault but my own.

The front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. We were even upgraded to a room with a sofa, which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well, and the breakfast had good choices, including hot options.

I understand the 3 day linen policy, but it was never changed for a 5 day stay. I am okay with not having room cleaned everyday but How to request garbage pick up or towel change out could be more clear.

Pleasant variety of breakfast foods, clean and tidy area for eating, pleasant and helpful staff near by. Cleaning up as people went along keeping a good standard going.

Use a thermos dedicated only to water so that the hot water does not have a hint of coffee.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants nearby along with a Walmart. Decent breakfast with warm food options. Rooms were spacious.

Would like to have had more danish/muffin options for breakfast. The hotel is in a good location, but it is not scenic.

Clean and decent beds although my partner did not feel comfortable in the bed.
