The man that checks in ppl was great and really kind he figured out what was wrong with our room from my booking on a booking website and was able to resolve it so we could get checked in. The one old lady making and cooking breakfast in the morning was very kind and was working hard to pump out food for everyone the food was great!

The didn’t list of take off price for the pool being out of service was the main reason we went. There should be more ppl in the kitchen helping get food out not just one person. While the rest sit down and do nothing

Breakfast and staff were very good. Overall appearance and cleanliness was good. The fitness room was nice and clean.

I was placed in a handicapped room #401. One of the power shades did not work. The other was impossible to figure out. The room had not had an overhaul in a long time. The bathroom was the place that needed the most work. It looked dirty though I don't think it was. There wasn't a hook for in the shower area for a towel, they were all high up??? I am not handicapped but would not have appreciated this room. I rented two rooms #405. 405 was more updated with USB ports and a manual shade. 401 could have used both.

Staff was helpful, facility was clean and neat as well as our room. Decorated beautifully! Offered many brochures and maps to find food and shopping throughout town.

The water in the pool was a bit too cool to swim, so we weren't able to enjoy that amenity.

Absolutely loved the shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the shower! Did wonders for my hair. The breakfast was delicious every morning.

They seemed to be alittle short staffed. There seemed to be a couple issues with maintenance around us but we didn’t have any issues with our room.

nice staff, clean and close to downtown. The breakfast is good and the eating area is clean and pleasant. Roomy bathroom compared to the room itself.

the room was small. queen beds are actually double beds. coffee pot didn’t work and they didn’t have another one to replace it which seemed odd but when the hair dryer started sparking they did bring us another hair dryer. the indoor pool is ice cold so we couldn’t swim but a short time and had to get out.

We didn't have them hot breakfast that we normally have to do too. The oven being out. Some of my group said they wished that the hotel had let us know that then. That way they could have decided if they wanted to stay there or choose somewhere elsewhere. The breakfast was like it normally is sausage, bacon and other things.

Overall because of booking.com I think I got a fair deal. Others in my group didn't book with you and they paid over $700 and I paid. You know just a little over 400 so thank you

Excellent breakfast, staff was very friendly. And they are dog friendly. So we were able take our 10 year old Dachshund with us on our trip.

Hallways were extremely warm and humid, therefore had a bad smell. Ice machine on our floor was out of order for the entire stay.
