Everything was great.

The bed was comfy.

The pool was disgusting and full of bugs and other dead critters like a lizard. I got in it for a bit and dealt with the excessive amount of dead bugs and dirt in it but once I saw the dead lizard I had to get out. My skin was crawling with grossness. They wouldn’t give us extra towels unless we gave them our dirty once’s first, they wouldn’t come get them, we had to bring them. At one point we needed a vacuum because I diaper exploded and got on the floor to which we were told house keeping was gone and wouldn’t be back till the morning. We never saw them.

Room was clean and was in a good central location!

No breakfast was served due to what we were told was not enough guests at the motel! Which made us go somewhere to buy breakfast that we were not expecting! I think the price of the room should have been reduced due to this or some type reimbursement for breakfast that we had to go elsewhere and spend more money that we were not expecting to do! So without breakfast being served I think the room price was a little high, I don’t feel we got what our money payed for in the long run!

The room was great. It was the best one we had all week for handicap convenience. Most just took out things so you could move a wheelchair in. My 90 yr.old mom and I both have mobility issues but don't u see use a wheelchair. It was nice to have another place to sit other than the bed.

Breakfast was okay. It was the only thing that brought the score down. It was a little on the cold side. The worker talked to another guest the whole time we were in there and she seemed to be complaining about her life . She could have been just having a bad day

Though the hotel isn't new, we had a very comfortable night. Everything was clean - bed, bathroom...shower worked well. There was an extra towel already so I didn't have to ask. When my hubby turned the AC very cool and I woke up cold, I was cheerfully given the extra blanket I asked for. No complaints! The night before we had used points to stay at a more upscale hotel. But other than things not looking new, I can't say this one was any less comfortable or clean! Would definitely stay here again. We didn't go to breakfast after reading negative reviews, so I can't comment on that.

Very comfortable bed, clean room. Very close to the highway for easy on and off. Never heard any traffic noise. We only had an over night stay to check out Laurel, MS "Hometown" as seen on HGTV.

I was surprised at how expensive the hotel was in the small town of Laurel, MS. It was the most expensive nightly rate on our 12 day vacation ($141.90). We had cheaper ocean front hotel rooms in Panama City Beach, FL and Tybee Island, GA.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast was above average.

We book Because it had a very clean Looking pool, it was very hot and we wanted to use it. Unfortunately, the pool was very nasty and was full of dirt bug And algea the trash cans where over flowing and there were no towels in pool area... when we told management all we got was a blank stare like what do you want me to do about it.... I think on our next trip we will stay elsewhere

The staff was very kind helpful.

I could hear all the doors closing on the floor. I had to be up very early so that was a little difficult to sleep through. I also had to walk to the gas station for bottled water.

The breakfast including the coffee was subpar. Hardly any food options. No fruit. Nothing hot other than using the toaster for white bagels or white bread. The coffee claimed to be Community but tasted nothing like it. We were happy that their were fruit juices!

More breakfast options.

Great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were well furnished and the bed was comfortable.

The hallway on the second floor was musty smelling, like they needed some more ventilation just in the hallway.
