Everything was arranged well and even the owner helped us how to reach the apartment via public transport and also suggested how to reach nearby places. They patiently answered out questions.

Only during entry into the apartment, we weren't able to call the owner or caretaker but that was not a big hassle. IN 10 mins someone opened the door for us.

The cleanliness and responsiveness of the host. Conveniently on a couple of bus routes to Verona or 40 minute walk to the centre.

Kitchen facilities could have been better eg more mugs/bottle opener. The neighbours in the adjacent apartment were noisy until 2.30am on a couple of evenings which marred the stay and the apartment was above a bar, so ear plugs recommended!

it’s 20 minutes by bus from the center. it is located in from os a little piazza which has a lot of coffee shops.

the internet was only available in the kitchen and was not very strong or fast

Only the location but still you should know that there is always sounds coming from the window. You can’t sleep .

Kitchen appliances are very less. No lock in toilets. AC does not work properly.

the bed upstairs were very soft n comfortable

the bathroom upstairs was kinda dirty the show box had mold n the bathroom humidifier wasn’t working

I liked the location

The wi-fi conectiin was poor. Sometime there was not enough warm water for showering. The hair dryer had only cold air
