Our room was really well appointed with a large lounge / kitchen area a good sized bedroom plus a large bathroom with separate shower & bath. The room had a comfortable couch, a well stocked fridge & a microwave. There was secure parking and a nice restaurant on the ground floor being tucked away in the back of the precinct as there was absolutely no noise from outside. Plenty of places to eat & drink within a few minutes walk. Well worth paying a little extra for the comfort.

Always our hotel of choice when we have business in Ipswich. Great value in a lovely little area with everything at your fingertips. Love that they still make up the rooms daily and will even wash, fold and deliver your laundry to your room for a small fee. Secure, lock up parking available.

We requested twin rooms and arrived to king bed setup. Gentleman at receptions confirmed our booking advice requested twin rooms. Whilst housekeeping staff were not on duty he assisted with separation of bed into twins and provided some extra linen. This was very much appreciated.

Size of rooms generous. Nicely fitted out and very clean. Microwave and small fridge avail. Secure parking. Staff very accommodating. Has cafes, fast food, Bistro (Hotel), Night Owl store all in same vicinity. Close to motorway.

Can get smell from restaurant downstairs through aircon but it is not open every day.

The room was very spacious, had a lounge area, separate bedroom, big bathroom with bath tub, a walk in wardrobe, kitchen had a large fridge, toaster, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc., and a microwave, mini bar

There was an opened bottle of water in the fridge but when I called reception they came and replaced immediately. .

So accessible - one turn off the freeway and you’re there ✅ Covered walking dstance ro the gig we attended at Springlake Hotel ✅ . Our preferred option of two single beds available ✅ . Facilities top notch ✅ . Breakfast was AMAZING and very affordable - offering traditional Filipino menu or standard fare ✅ . Secure car park at no extra charge ✅. Reception manager very pleasant and helpful ✅.

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Good shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely deep bath, the cot we requested for our toddler was all set up and perfect for him when we arrived. Free on site parking.

Air conditioning was a bit dodgy, we found it hard to get the room to a good temperature. The ironing board was pretty wonky and needs replacing. No coffee table. Reception was unattended a lot and this was a bit annoying when I called down to get more towels and my call went unanswered.

The staff were nice & the restaurant was very good. Nice pool area we although it could do with a bit more seating & possibly parasols for sunny end. It was an excellent idea to provide a hamper with clean bedding/sheets tea/coffee etc for when the rooms were not being cleaned or if you preferred not to be disturbed

Location is good, in a small shopping complex. Close enough to Orion Shopping Center. Free secure parking is great. Massive room.

Cleanliness mainly in the bathroom area. Grout in the shower hasn't seen attention in a while. Blotches on the big wall mirror.

Situated perfectly for racing .. shops near by opened early ( for early morning coffee) walking distance and still open when get home with a large range of food for tea after a long day ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
