I saw reviews of how amazing the staff were and I booked a room, very last minute on the morning of my arrival. I desperately needed an early check in so I called reception and spoke with Steven. He was absolutely amazing with my request for an early check in and worked with the housekeeping team to have a room ready for me in just over an hour! I was SO thankful for this! Thank you to Caitlin from housekeeping for getting the room cleaned and reset so quickly, everything was amazing! Steven in reception continued to have fantastic customer service when we asked for anything at the front desk. Overall this was a great experience and I hope to be back for another great experience! The staff are definitely a fantastic asset at Quest Ipswich :)

I loved the helpfulness and generosity of the staff, especially Mike at reception. He really made sure our visit was going to be comfortable and enjoyable, by talking me through late check in processes and offering refreshments for our check out trip. The room was very clean and had everything available for a short stay visit in our apartment room. We would stay again.

That there was limited car space on site and you had to pay for a spot (although main road parking was an alternative if you wanted).

Modern, clean and quiet. Good location for all things Ipswich. Exceptional customer service staff with an advance phone call to confirm the booking details and then great friendly service on check in and out. One bedroom apartment was spacious and well appointed with two air con units; one in bedroom and one in living area.

I might have missed the details when booking but the parking arrangements are a bit onerous and it costs extra to ‘secure’ a parking spot. I would expect free parking and also that there would be enough parking for each unit to have one allocated without this system.

We actually tried to stay at a cheaper Airbnb for our trip but had to leave that property after just one night as it just wasn’t up to scratch. We’ve stayed at Quest before so we were so pleased to get a room there for our second night in Ipswich. At Quest you’re greeted like an old friend. The whole property is clean and welcoming and the rooms are well equipped. Lesson learned - it’s Quest every time for us from now on.

There’s nothing not to like. It’s a great place to stay.

friendly staff, newly renovated room and some sweet treats for guests, felt very welcomed Overall, VERY HAPPY with the staying :) they also have complimentary tea and coffee. the room has a stove so you can cook your own brekkie

wish the hallway had a ramp, has many stairs , it wont be easy to carry heavy luggage, but the staffs were very friendly ,could help ou carry them.

Parking was not available even though I was willing to pay. When booking and also on arrival we were asked the reason for the booking by the same staff. I didn't know we had to give detailed reasons for booking the room Pool area not well protected from public...anyone can walk in this area

Great friendly and professional Staff and operators treated me very well and helped with a few inquiries they didn't need too but did awesome team all round property was immaculate great amenities and great offers to stay extra few nights with great deal on the spot the property smelt so fresh and clean in every nook and cranny gold stars all round

Nothing from my experience

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Complementary software drinke was waiting for us when we arrived as well as some local fudge and some chocolate freckles. Room was very clean and comfortable.

There must be an electrical issue with the split systems and they kept turning off and my husband had to locate the main switch to get them to turn back on. Not enough parking available.

On arrival the staff were all so super friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. Complimentary drink, local fudge and TimTams on arrival along with a welcome card. It was one of the best motels I’ve ever stayed in. I wish this level of hospitality was more common in other motels. Will definitely be back 100% highly recommended.

The car park was a little tight and difficult for my ute but I do understand that they also only have so much limited space to fit everything on the premises
