Excellent location, very friendly staff and good facilities. Not noisy. Comfy bed and lovely hot shower. Thought there could have been a full set of cutlery and a couple of more plates. Otherwise everything was very good. I will stay there again.

I made two separate bookings, so two chances to review - goody! Continuing on from my previous review, the rooms are beautifully clean and the housekeeper is the nicest, sweetest person you'll ever meet. She wished me a Merry Christmas before I set out for the day yesterday - the first person to greet me - and I chatted briefly with her before I checked out today and she wished me a safe trip home! Can I add the fridges in the rooms are larger than your typical 5 star hotel fridge, so good for families. Also, the pressure in the shower was so good I thought I'd be swept away! Thanks Team Monaco and have a great 2025!

Location was excellent. I walked across the road to the Cenotaph and caught the 151 bus to the hospital - only 15 mins ride for 50c - I couldn't have been happier. Also, I was able to leave my luggage to be picked up after my day surgery. It is really the perfect motel for anyone requiring day surgery or visiting the hospital.

Everything was excellent though it did take a long time for the hot water to kick in. When it did it was a really good shower.

Great location, relatively quiet and easy access. Staff were very helpful with my late arrival.

All good, was noisy for a while when other guests decided to have a conversation outside my door. No security chain on the door, which probably meant it was a safe place. Firm but comfortable bed with daily room service.

It is clean, friendly staff, park at door (with numbered bays!), lots of bench space, toaster and jug, shower is hot, good value for what you get! Close by 7- 11 (24hrs). I found it really quiet as traffic really dies down to nothing in the evenings. Pool and coin-operated laundry if you need them, though I didn't use myself.

Price was great and the room, while dated, was very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman at reception. A nice bonus is the absolutely awesome organic shop/cafe directly across the road.

rooms could use a microwave as theres a perfect place for one straight inside the door and a newer tv as it was unable to support a gaming console or chrome cast because of age/quality

Bed was very comfy nice hot showers, plenty of room and my bed was made for the next night was not expecting this.

People nned to realise there are other person/persons next to them and keep inside voices and keep quiet when entering or leaving early or late. Just common curtesy nothing to do with the Hotel.

Friendly staff and clean beds. Rooms are serviced daily and fresh towels are provided. We loved the fact that a big shopping center is just 5 mins walk away and there is a park just across the road.

Wifi coverage could have been better but the property has clearly specified that the coverage is available in the public areas. Did not impact us much though as mobile coverage was very good.
