I love love love staying here. I stay here when I come to visit family and usually get a family room. This time I had a studio apartment and it was located overlooking the pool, away from the road and I was super surprised at how peaceful it was. I parked my Ute underneath easily and it felt really safe the whole week. It's such a short walk to the train. I had the BEST week and just loved being in the area. Highly recommend.

There is a sky rise being built a few doors up, I felt sad for the owners that the sky rise had stolen the morning sun.

The place had a really nice atmosphere - more 'guesthouse' than apartments. The room was big and comfortable - I could l have lived there for months. The location worked particularly well for me because my son lives across the road, but being close to a good shopping centre, multiple eating places and transport networks made it perfect. Plenty of carparking in the garage downstairs.

The only thing I can think of is that more milk in the fridge would have been great! Those tiny UHT things don't go far.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shops and transport. The on-site undercover parking was very much appreciated with the stormy weather during our trip. Our room was clean and well appointed with a great outlook. The pool was lovely to use on a hot afternoon.

The sliding glass door to the balcony did not function well, and we struggled to get it open and shut, with our child unable to operate it at all.

I like the location. The rooms are comfortable. As I am older and now find all the steps hard to navigate, I am not staying somewhere else as my first preference and stay at this hotel as my second preference.

The unit was large and the staff made significant efforts to make sure we were comfortable, including bringing our heavy luggage to our room on the second floor. The location is central in Toowong and the whole place is good value for money.

Silly human errors - I got approved early check in that could not actually be granted on arrival because whoever read my request got the hours wrong; The housekeeper forgot to clean our room one day. On both cases once we alerted the staff they did their best to fix the issues immediately, but still it's a shame these kind of things happened in the first place. Note that the location is on a busy and noisy street, there are many stairs, and housekeeping is very minimal (only towel replacement and emptying the bin, no cleaning and no linen changing, and bed is made haphazardly)

The location is near to various facilities in Toowong Village, Toowong Station, regatta, etc

Parking is limited. Booking ahead is required. Its a 3 storeys walk up if your unit on top most floor. No elevator facility. Swimming Pool is for adults since its too deep for children.

The apartment has Friendly staff who are willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The facilities were great, makes it easier and comfortable for a long term stay. The apartment’s location is very convenient, close to the train station and shops. The cleanliness of the apartment environment makes the place warm and welcoming. And there’s good accessibility to the property.

Relaxed atmosphere so close to CBD by way of Regatta City Cat stop. The young gent at reception displayed an exceptional level of interpersonal skills, remembering my first name from the outset and being very friendly and helpful, something which is sadly alien to many much more expensive city hotel type accommodation. I also valued the informal parking arrangements and the ease of which I was able to arrange a late checkout. The shower was fantastic re flow rate and recently renovated. Air con supremely quiet. Loved the classical Brisbane suburban outlook towards the Jephson road side!

Perhaps the decor is becoming a little tired eg pink kitchen units and worn external doors but maybe adds to the informal charm…

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was clean and good pressure. Great room balcony was a bonus. Cupboard space was great and iron and ironing board came in handy.

The tv was at an awkward position and the aircon was very cold and close to the bed.

Close to train, bus the little village of shops(a mall really) cafe across the road, easy access to and from Suncorp stadium. Would recommend to anyone and would also stay again.

The coffee sachets were old, coffee granules was either hard or discoloured. Had to use the fine coffee sachets. That's it.
