Room was great except for the massive Huntsman in the ensuite. Pool was nice for the kids. View was great. Facilities in the room were great. Just small maintenance issues.

Directions to where to go and where to park were a little confusing. Bed in master bedroom had what looked like plaster dust in between the sheets and blanket. Not enough toilet paper for the length of stay. Filter in the dishwasher looked like it hadn't been checked in years. Filter in dryer was full. Vents in the bathroom had dust. Mould in the shower. Frying pan was dirty. Fridge has mould. Sliding door into ensuite doesn't lock, door misaligned. No extraction fan so bathroom ends up like a sauna.

This place was amazing - very clean and beautiful and quiet

The people above us sounded like elephants running and back and forth - we are not used to unit living so this was a distraction. Also on check in, the receptionist told us about the key deposit box as we were leaving early (she did not tell us that it had a code - we did not know the code - and we left the notepaper in the unit to be reused - so check out was a bit clunky). Also one of the toilet bins had not been cleared out - lucky there was nothing yucky in there). These are very minor issues - we love our stay.

The apartment is comfortable and the amenities are clean and easily accessible. The team is friendly and responsive. The location is easy, although a vehicle will be beneficial for shopping requirements. Front yard bar and DD restaurant are close by which are great local establishments.

Fully functional kitchen but no salt or pepper and other small items are provided just tea bags and a few sugar sticks. If you plan to stay to use the kitchen this can be a hindrance. Moreover, when I was staying there was rendering work, so having a stranger on my balcony for 3 hours on one of the days was not comfortable for me.

The apartment was a decent size with a balcony with views over the Brisbane River with the added bonus of a Jacaranda tree in flower. The swimming pool is large and the spa a good temperature. We also used the sauna. There is basement car parking at no extra charge. First impressions were of a pleasant unit with very modern furniture and we did like that there were plenty of places to put chargers and phones and iPads.

Checking in was a bit of an ordeal. It is not like an hotel where there is someone on reception all the time. A king sized bed would have been great and the bedroom was big enough to fit one in the room. The carpet needs replacing as it was stained and thin in the living area.

The pool, spa, and sauna were great and we loved using these while we were there. Very happy having free parking available as well, that also catered for taller vehicles. It was a quiet relaxing place to stay, access to citycat a short walk up the street, plenty of places to eat, servo up the road for any snacks or top up on forgotten things. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

There was a gym available for use as well, which was great, but there was a strange brown stain down the wall and onto the carpet next to the treadmill, it looked fresh, don't think the hotel new about it. Air-conditioning in the gym would have been a bonus, but not a deal breaker, I still enjoyed the gym, and all equipment was clean and functioning.

The location was great, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and functional. The view from the veranda was super, the apartments were secure and safe and pool looked amazing although we didn't have time to enjoy this.

I was overall very happy with the room but if I had to suggest something to work on I'd say adding tissues to the rooms, more bin bags and coffee, sugar satchels enough for our 3 night stay, luckily I found the cleaners tray to grab some more.

stayed at the Oasis for a few nights whilst visiting family in Brisbane, the unit was a decent size, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nice size lounge area. Beds were comfortable, unit was reasonably clean, although the ensuite shower could have done with a deep clean. Parking was provided and overall the complex seems quite secure. We would stay here again.

Its a little dated so some updating would be good but overall well priced for a 2 bedroom apartment

It was an easy check in process, and the well equipped apartment was fantastic for us on our family holiday with our toddler. The location was fantastic, and the amenities were great.

Both the front door and the sliding balcony door didn't lock from the inside, so our toddler who has learnt he can reach handles was able to open them both, meaning we had to be extra extra extra vigilant and couldn't really relax when he was awake/in the main living areas

Location is great easy to walk to the center. Enjoyed view on the river. Very comfortable beds, great room size for family of four. Loved two bathrooms as well and all the appliances in the apartments, such as washing machine and dryer, dishwasher in the kitchen and more.

Couches in leaving room are a bit dirty, and carpet also looked a bit worn out. Water pressure in the kitchen is low. Wi-Fi a bit tricky - was on and off - making hard to watch something online.

Very roomy and comfortable three bedroom apartment for our family of six. Lovely decor and bonus having a spa bath and balcony with views of the river. They were very quick to respond to our issues below. We absolutely recommend these apartments and would definitely stay again.

Although we had instructions on how to get our room keys from the key safe it was empty. Delayed our entry having to wait for the cleaner to come and get envelopes from reception and put in the safe. Also only four towels provided for six guests. Another four towels were brought to us after requesting them though.
