Bed was very comfortable and we had a nice small balcony with a table and chairs. Great air-condition that was quiet at night. Superb water pressure in the shower. Over all it was a great little unit to stay in and easy to walk to most things, like restaurants, bars, coffee shops and thing to see and do.

Biggest problem was to understand the woman that checked us in. Her English was very poor and when she tried to explain how to get to the car-park and where to park, it was nearly impossible to know where to go and what car park spaces we where suppose to use.

A very tidy and clean room suitable for a short stay. Excellent Bed - very comfortable Perfect location to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and the West End Central restaurants and shops. The staff were absolutely commendable. Friendly, professional, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized. Please give both ladies the kudos they deserve.

There was a little bit of mound in the silicone sealant in the bath/shower which should be replaced. Unfortunately, this happens with time but certainly isn't anything to make a fuss about. There was only one elevator operational which made waiting a little longer but really not a worry and I imagine both will be operational soon. It should be noted the elevator that was operational didn't stop at the correct level on the floors which meant a 50mm trip hazard when entering the lift. I mentioned it to the young lady on reception for which she thanked me. I have a couple of very bruised toes and was fortunate I didn't break them. This should be attended to without delay to prevent any liability to the Body Corporate.

The main Bedroom had a huge bed that was extremely comfortable.The Bed linen doona was warm and comforting. Sleep was very easy and restful.Extra pillows and bathroom soap,shampoo,conditioner and bodywash for all guests was so pleasing.Two TV's one in main bedroom and one in lounge area was Fantastic!Great city apartment close to all venues in South Bank.Had a good balcony.There was a lovely pool,bbq and sauna facilities for guests to enjoy.Good Staff who were very helpful.AAA+++

Some kitchen cutlery like teaspoons were missing from the kitchen cutlery drawers.Talking from the hallways could be heard from Apartments,soundproofing between apartments may be needed.

Facilities were a little old but clean and well maintained. Loved the location. Management was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Excellent communication, especially around late check-in. It has a lovely charm about the place.

Have stayed there a couple of times over the last few years. Some parts of the building are starting to show their age. But clean and well maintained considering this. Despite this, it's still my preferred accomodation in Brisbane.

Close to the South Bank entertainment precinct which is what we wanted. Free car parking although limited was a huge bonus and it was great value for money in this area. The lady at reception was very helpful

The property is quite dated but clean. The pillows were uncomfortable for my 'older' neck but this would be a problem for most people

Free Parking, great location to the venue we were attending, very comfortable bed, aircon, balcony, coffee & tea, fridge, kitchenette, hanging space, ironing board & iron, toiletries .

The bathroom door scraped on the tiled bathroom floor when you opened the door. We had some neighbouring guests yelling out in a row down the corridor.

Excellent apartment in great Southbank/West End location, so close to venues, cafes etc. After-hours check-in worked easily & perfectly. All bathroom amenities provided & comfortable bed. Balcony had good level of privacy.

1-ply toilet paper is a bit sub-par for this quality of accommodation, curtains had some hooks missing so they did not fully close to keep out light/sun. Coffee plunger supplied, but no ground beans to use in it, only instant/powder coffee, again, not usual/good for this quality of accommodation.

Awesome reception staff service to help with bags and check in times. Made a world of difference to us. Thank you Crystal. Our room recently refurbished so very comfortable and clean Excellent location as walking distance to theatre, restaurants etc

Excellent location between the CBD and Suncorp Stadium (Magic Round). Close to shops and supermarkets. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Abit dated. Room had adequate kitchen supplies but didn’t have a toaster. Apparently sets off the smoke detector.

The room was clean, tidy and quite. The property looked to be well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful

The only thing that i could comment on was that there was a fire alarm early one morning that resulted in the fire brigade being called. I seemed that some people took this very casually, I formed the view that they were residents.
