Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Allegro Apartments in South Bank. Steven was amazing! We requested for early check-in and were waived with an early check-in fee. Great communication and amazing customer service from all the staff. The apartment was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating all of us, and the two bathrooms were a lifesaver! Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a huge convenience, especially with kids. The pool was a welcome bonus, providing a refreshing escape after a day of sightseeing. The location was perfect, we were within easy walking distance of South Bank Street Beach, with its many restaurants and a 7-Eleven just around the corner ideal for grabbing snacks and drinks. Close Brisbane Ferris wheel, the ferry terminal, Brisbane Museum, and Queen Street Mall made exploring the city incredibly easy. We highly recommend Allegro Apartments for families visiting Brisbane.

The one bedroom apartment/studio was ideal for our stay. We had underground secure car parking and free wi fi. There was a large balcony with a view up the back street. A well appointed kitchen if you wished to cook. The bed was very comfortable, and the nights were quiet. It is a 10 minute walk to Little Stanley Street at Southbank where all the restaurants are. Our host kept in contact via email with clear instructions as how to enter the premises. We would stay there again.

The location is great—situated in South Bank, close to the city but still quiet and peaceful. It’s very near South Bank Parklands, and the room is well-equipped with two bathrooms, offering excellent privacy. Before our arrival, Steven thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning for us, making the stay even more comfortable. We didn’t see the parking instructions in the envelope at first and had to call Steven multiple times. He was incredibly patient and helpful—much appreciated!

Parking can be a bit difficult to find. I suggest making a video to show the residents

The pool was a good length and wonderful for a decent swim. The rooms were clean, the apartment comfortable and good size. My sister & I had a bedroom & bathroom each which made perfect for getting ready for outings.. It was a short walk to Southbank and Grey St Restaurants/cafes. Nice soft carpets.

There was only 2 teabags provided. There is street lighting that peeps in through curtains and cracks at night. Curtains are very long and sit on the floor. Bedroom doors stick ( perhaps new carpet thicker than old carpet)

Really impressed with the location, nice easy family walk down to Southbank markets and the Wheel of Brisbane. Accommodation was spacious and having two bathrooms with the family was a bonus we didn’t realise we needed. Beds on the firmer side which is to our liking, we all slept well.

There were a few items left around that had obviously been left by prior guests and the shower in the main bathroom could use a deep clean however we did request an early check-in that was complimentary so we were not overly bothered.

The apartment was very accommodating and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the air con worked a treat. The verandah was spacious and the pool amazing. Although there was no view, we did not care, as we were out and about, in walking distance, to Southbank and enjoying the pool. Communication in regards to actually chatting with someone, was outstanding. Nice quiet apartment and value for money!!!

Locating the front entry was tricky as google maps took us to the back carpark. More maps problem though.

The location of the property in Southbank was perfect, everything was within walking distance (restaurants, bars, corner stores ect) and we had a lovely night exploring along the river. The apartment was big and everything was clean and homely. We had a slight issue on our end and staff were able to accommodate and help us, which was much appreciated. Wonderful apartment and we will definitely be staying here again in future.

Wonderful location, Pool and warm spa. Helpful staff, quiet, comfortable, generous toiletries. Wish we could have stayed longer. Fantastic value for money, secure parking, walking distance to Southbank. Will definately stay here again.

Some of the glassware had a funky smell, it looked like some of the dishes had been overlooked by the cleaners, however everything was supplied to enable us to rectify that situation.

Plenty of space and the balcony was a bonus. Was clean, if maybe a little sparce. Was clearly just furnished - I removed some price tags from mugs - but mostly had what we needed.

There were no wine glasses. Minimal plates and silverware. Not really a full kitchen - just enough for a takeaway meal. Amenities were a bit sparce (only 4 coffee pods for whole stay).

Staff were very helpful and efficient instructions to access building and exiting were very clear and loved the free car park space

Not enough milk in fridge for 2 people or tea sachets who like their cups of tea. The toilet paper was the thinnest toilet paper I have ever come across and I travel a lot it was finer than a tissue
