Someone (a man) came into my apartment late at night while I was watching TV! I'm not sure how he got access to my apartment as it was locked but I couldn't sleep that night as I was worried about security and my safety.

Amazing views & apartment! spacious & so comfortable. Absolutely stunning. Most importantly so close to shops & southbank parklands which is so fitting when you have kids. Definitely family friendly. Would come back again.
The only down I had was the staff charged me twice for parking ( I asked for 2 spots so all up cost $101) & then what really irritated me was they seemed like they didn’t care enough to figure something out instead just said “we can’t do anything” (being the Easter holidays) & that I wouldn’t get my refund bk til the whole long weekend was over (4 days away) … I get it I do but the way they just didn’t try anything at all to solve the problem like it was my fault THEY charged MEEEE twice made me feel so uncomfortable & like it was my problem/ fault.

Fabulous location, easy walking distance to all the Southbank attractions. Nice size apartment. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great water pressure and lots of hot water in shower. Comfortable beds, quality linen, towels etc. Whilst parking was an additional cost we were assigned our own parking spot which was good (no driving around trying to find an available space). Staff on-site were lovely and helpful.
The only thing that I could possibly think to comment on what I didn't like was that the toilet paper was the bulk buy single sheet stuff. But certainly not a deal breaker.

Cllix Apartments were clean, everything inside worked. we had room 1103 in building 1. the location was superb, walking distance to galleries, CBD and restaurants. Pam at reception was exceptional. She greeted us with genuine hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness. we were so impressed with her cheerfulness and willingness to serve and represent CLLIX even though she had been staying on site through Cyclone Afred's approach to Brisbane. we hope that CLLIX will be providing the suitable compensation to her for staying and working on site without going home for more than five days.
I made the reservation through Booing.com. i made the reservation for two bedroom and two bathroom suite. upon payment, Booking.com sent me a confirmation email for two bedroom and ONE bathroom. at the CLLIX reception, Pam assured me that we had reaervations for two bedroom and two bathrroom. that was a booking.com error stating differently from Booking.com website.

This property is located only 10 minutes walking from South Bank and the museum. It’s got a nice pool and a small gym. The rooms were excellent and clean and there was a okay view. All the rooms are generously sized and the bathrooms are clean and topped up with plenty of soap and shampoo, etc. Staff were friendly and polite.
The kitchen was quite limited, without an oven tray for cooking or even a dish rack for drying. You probably wouldn’t want to cook a proper meal here. But the fridge is large, and there’s an oven, a microwave, a stovetop and a dishwasher.

Great location and easily accessible to convention centre and shopping district in South Brisbane. Good amenities in the bathroom. I did some shopping and was able to prepare food for myself in their kitchen but you need to bring all foods and condiemtns yourself including salt, pepper, olive oil, foil, etc.
The only curtains in the room were block out so if you want privacy from surrounding buildings you have to pull the block out blinds down. Would be good if there were powerpoints near the table for being able to charge laptop etc when working in the room.

The room has a lot of space. A/C was very silent and conforatble. Everything was clean. The equipment in the room was great.
The arrival at the property is bad. I received a code by Email which was not useful. I needed to call a number which was difficult to find, A lady in the other side of the line, with a difficult accent, used hundreds of words (instead of YES /NO) on a very bad signal telephone making the situation very annoying. Finally, after some minutes one person arrived at reception to make the Check-in process. The person who arrived at the reception was great, sympathetic, executive, and helpful. But the late arrival PROCESS sucks because it is not well organized.

We booked 3 rooms for our group. The 2-bedroom apartments were next to each other which was helpful. They were able to accommodate our request for single beds in a bedroom, and the beds were comfortable. The location was within walking distance to Southbank Parklands, close to groceries (IGA), cafes and train station. The pool/bbq area is quite large and able to accommodate our family group. Everything was clean and tidy. 3-bedroom apartment came with 3 keys which was very helpful, and the living room was very spacious, with good views towards the city. Dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent supplied. Would definitely stay here again.
Kitchen would benefit from a few more items (eg water jug for the fridge, small sharp kitchen knife), but I may be too picky.

Very friendly staff. Large three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Great location with cafes and IGA within 100m walk.Easy walk to Southbank with little ones in strollers .The pool area is very nice and we went for several swims.
As our trip coincided with a heatwave in Brisbane we really would have liked the air conditioner to have been working a lot better than what it was.Our apartment was very warm during our whole stay which was not very pleasant . Also when we wanted to cook some pizzas for children in the apartment oven there were no oven trays do we had to purchase some aluminium foil as to no make a messs.
