Good location. Initially a bit hard to find and gain entry but the apartment was close to south side of the gardens, and restaurants including a real great coffee spot right at the front door.
Could have used more seats. We booked for four and there was one two seater sofa. Beds were comfy but the bedding wasn’t the best. TV remote refused to cooperate and even though the receptionist offered to fix it, nothing was done about it even though we were there for six days.

The apartments have everything you need and are conveniently located within the city and close to airport transportation and a grocery store. Staff was friendly and helpful. I like that they offered a small amenities kit so you could easily use the washing machine/dishwasher. Pool had a nice city view (was cold though as it was winter). Room was clean, well ventilated and not noisy. Modern and bright. Would come back.
The only thing that would be great is if you didnt have to send a passport scan via email the day prior, as that feels a bit unsafe.

The apartment, building and pool were all clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for our needs as a family with young children. The staff were friendly and helpful and made sure we had all that we needed and the views from the balcony in our room and from the BBQ area near the pool were spectacular. The cafe at the entry to the hotel was excellent. The coffee, food and service were faultless and I would go back to this hotel as much for this as for the hotel itself.
The blinds in the main area of our apartment were broken when we arrived, so it was quite dark. As a family with small children, the glass topped dining table and dining chairs that rotated were precarious, but that issue is unique to my circumstances and not a fault of the hotel.

Very comfortable beds, great having a modern bathroom each, great kitchen facilities, balcony, lots of room, warm and quiet. Alot of construction going on around the area and was quiet enough with the doors and windows closed. Handy to QPAC and Southbank eateries. Great cafe on ground level. Amazing rooftop bbq area and pool. Generally most of the apartment was very clean and tidy. Staff were responsive and friendly.
The upholstery on the couch and dining chairs were stained and very filthy all over, and the picture hanging above the couch was coated in thick dust. Dining chairs were wobbly/unstable. Leaky tap in kitchen and broken door handle in main bathroom, damaged ironing board that would not open (we alerted staff and they were going to repair these) Not enough tea bags provided, closest shop was quite a distance away, so would be good to be able to top up the basics easier. No usb ports in apartment. Some general maintenance checks needed and it would be better.

Size of the apartment was great, fast and friendly communication from the staff, easy walk to shops and things to do, easy parking, apartment amenities had everything we needed, fantastic city views, comfy outdoor setting, roof top area was beautiful
On our way to the apartment we drove to the property past the main park where people were staying in tents, obviously not something that is controlled by the owners, we generally went more into the city so it wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment could probably just do with a little freshen up but was clean and tidy

Great location, easy access to apartment via lifts, secure building, walking distance to everything you need. The size was perfect, room clean, comfortable bed. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The apartment is lovely and modern! In the immediate vicinity you can find many restaurants and shops like Harris Farm Markets, Woolworths West Village, IGA
Extra towels would be great if no servicing for less than 7 day stay. We washed ours. An extra bath mat was needed. There is no bidet or flexible shower hose and no grab rails - which is very important! The power socket adapter will be an advantage

Great location, modern apartment, stunning view with a balcony, free parking and 7 eleven nearby. 10 min walk to Grey Street where there's loads of food places. 15/20 min walk to Brisbane wheel and Art gallery. Air con, WiFi and laundry facilities with tea /coffee and full fridge and dishwasher. I loved the balcony and bedroom views over the city.
Parking instructions for entry and exit (lifts). could have been a bit clearer but overall it was very convenient to have a space in the city. Minor point - Bathroom could do with bath mats being provided in addition to towels as floor is wet after shower constantly.

We had a lovely experience at this apartment in South Brisbane. The location was central and walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, which was perfect for preparing meals. Additionally, the apartment was very quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Loved the bakery downstairs and although we didn't use the rooftop pool, it was beautiful with gorgeous views. Highly recommend!
We couldn't get the TV to connect to Netflix but wasn't a big issue for us as we were out most evenings.

Surprisingly, checked in early to store luggage. Spacious room, walk-in wardrobe to the bathroom, equipped with amenities, utensils and crockery for your stay. Great facilities on the rooftop. Staff were great though don't get me wrong on the check-in mishap staff need to be refreshed and reminded of processes and procedures. Great location to South Brisbane train station, ferry wharf, bus stops, restaurants and shops nearby as well.
I asked reception if we could store our luggage before check-in as we were early and I initially thought they'd take our luggage off from us and store in the office or something. I believe reception tried getting a hold of the housekeeping supervisor but to no quick avail so she did the unfortunate checked us in, gave us our keys and told us to go up and leave our luggage in the room when housekeeping was still cleaning the room. I was totally surprised that this happens in Brisbane isn't that a health and safety breach of some sort. Check-in guests in prior to the room being cleaned by room attendants and inspected by a supervisor seems off to me. Anyhow, beats me I know nothing bout policies but having worked in housekeeping for awhile now we don't do that.

Location to the exhibition centre. Room was nice. Manager was nice after my initial experience finding the room dirty and not serviced and offered me a refund of one night for the inconvenience.
On arrival the room wasn’t cleaned or serviced and I had to wait for nearly two hours for it to be cleaned before I could use it. After a long day at a conference this was disappointing to wait till nearly 7pm to get into my room. Unfortunately, I was only given a 10% discount for the inconvenience of a very unclean room on arrival instead of the promised free night compensation.
