Location is convenient with a secured allocated car park. Our one-bedroom apartment is quiet, spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The enclosed balcony (with windows that can be opened) is good especially during cyclone when we were there. Shower pressure is good. The tumble dryer and clothes rack are also good features as we were there for five nights.

Wi-fi was extremely minimal to non-existent (we were told by Reception to use another apartment's wi-fi which didn't really work) even though we spoke to the reception repeatedly. It was finally fixed by a technician after four nights with a simple change of cable in the apartment (this should have been done on day one). The toiletry supply was totally inadequate (one tube of 30ml each of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc) for two persons for a five nights stay. It is advisable for guests to bring their own supply. The apartment could also do with a more thorough cleaning.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Close enough to Transport, Restaurants & Attractions without being smack bang on Grey Street. It was nice & quiet. We stayed in the 2Bed Apartment which was a fantastic size & the bed was comfortable (which is a rarity!) For me personally my most favorite part about the hotel was the aircon positioning above the bed - which ensure a great night sleep!

The only small dislike I had in the 2Bed Apartment was the ensuited room had blinds instead of curtains which caused the room to be quite light. I'd recommend bringing a sleeping mask if your sensitive to light.

Vine Apartments is walkable to South Bank & West End, and our room had a view of trees in the park, so the location suited us. The apartment is spacious, has a washer & dryer, a full sized fridge and the layout is pretty nifty with access to the bathroom from either the hallway or bedroom. Also has good black-out curtains.

Would prefer the sofa to face the trees & view across the hills in the background (you would still be able to watch the TV if the sofa was turned 90 degrees). Rooftop area didn't really have any shade - only went up for a look, but imagine it would be pretty full-on in summer until after sunset.

Location was great close to restaurants, convention cemtre and south bank. Room size was excellent for a couple. Roof top bbq area was great to hang out when the family visited. The spa was a hit with the grandson but unfortunately we couldnt turn the jets on as the smell of chlorine was to over powering.

Not so.much of a dislike but more of an observation. The aparment is well equipped but probably at the stage of needing a little update. Carpet was a little worn. Internally could do with a fresh coat of paint. The leather couch would have been great originally but know is discoloured and some of the springs had collapsed.

This place is centrally located, close to South Bank, Walkable to West End with lots of yummy restaurants and places of interest. The property is very clean with secure parking. Would like to stay again when I visit Brisbane next time.

We checked-in on Sunday afternoon. However, the reception desk closed. There was hiccup in opening the lockbox. We were unable to open the lockbox with the code given. It took us quite some time before a staff member come over to help us sort out the problem. It would be much better if the reception desk could be opened during the common check-in time.

Perfectly located to explore the city and West End, close to restaurants, and a good location for e.g. Uber pickups. Two great breakfast locations next door, one either side. Vine felt a safe and comfortable base with good facilities - air conditioning, washer, drier, fridge, kitchen, nice shower, decent WiFi.

The apartment was a little tired and overdue some maintenance. Examples.. * Flaking paint * Couch was stained * Balcony sliding door didn't lock * Bathroom door didn't latch shut * Kitchen sink plug didn't seal (o-ring)

The room was more spacious than I had expected. The facilities provided in our room were excellent and toddler-friendly. Everything was provided in the kitchen, so it was easy to prepare breakfast and meals. Also the washing machine and dryer worked really well, it was very convenient for us who like to pack lightly for travelling.

The communication with the reception staff was, in general, fine. However, a slightly more service-oriented attitude would enhance the hospitality quality of the service.

Fantastic location for an event at the Convention Centre, great restaurants nearby, as well as a reasonable walk to the train station, IGA, and other facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, and able to hold our bags during the reception opening hours, which was much appreciated. Very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again.

The beds were very firm - if possible, a mattress topper would be a great idea. Great to have the laundry facilities and microwave - if possible, would be great to include either have available the model number easily displayed on the item so guests can look up the manual, or have the instruction manual available.

They say when evaluating property you only need to think of LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Well the location of the Vine apartments is excellent if you have one facing Musgrave Park. Ours was on the 6th floor, online with the Musgrave tree tops so we had a country rather than city building vista. A short, mainly undercover walk to Southbank and 300M to the local IGA supermarket. Good view of the Wheel and Queens Wharf lights at night. 9 out of 10, assuming a river/CBD view scores a 10. But what about the apartment? Well appointed and spacious with a sizeable balcony overlooking the park. Interior and exterior dining options, spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances and in cupboard laundry with washing machine and dryer. The lounge area needs a few more aesthetically pleasing wall hangings but the sofa was comfortable with Netflix available on the TV. Large bed (few complaints about spring awareness), nice thick towels in the reasonably spacious bathroom and plenty of hot water. Can’t really think of any negatives other than those pesky bed springs. Reasonably priced. Would we return? YES, so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Nothing, although my better half claimed she could feel the springs in the bed mattress.

I was in room 301 - second floor on western corner. Nice view of the park and quieter than I expected given the location.Easy after hours lockbox check-in. The usual toiletries but also a couple of sachets of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and washing machine powder. Close to QPAC and Southbank. Proper supermarket is at West Village - about 10 minutes walk. I found the slightly closer IGA to be very expensive.

The dishwasher is a bit awkward to stack and doesn't clean all that well - so you will need to rinse! I weigh 50 kg and found the bed quite firm but still quite comfortable.
